This heater really cranks out the heat when all three burners. The floor right in front of the heater gets pretty warm!!! I placed an old Cookie sheet pan on the floor as a shield and there never has been an issue since. The book says 19 hours on a 20 LBS Cylinder. That can get expensive if this is your only heat on a long winter!!! I crank it up on all three burners and it will warm a room in 10 minutes!!! then I crank it down to two or one burners to maintain temp. I did get a second tank and I always keep the spare full! Our local store has a tank trade out system so I always have a tank ready to go! You never really know when it will run out!! I know this from experience!!!

Purchased one, it worked for a couple of days. Called Amazon, not eligible for refund or replacement. Raised hell. Sent me a new one, said trash the old one. New one worked for one day. Same problem. Thermocouple will not allow the gas valve to open or remain open when switching from pilot to full operation. Manual says if the Thermocouple is damaged, the remedy is to replace the entire heater. No replacement parts for this heater, except for the piezo button. That's right one part in the entire parts list for this unit. Pony up and buy the Mr. Heater instead, works every time. Gets one star only because they made me, deserves no stars if it can't be lit.

We are bus camping in the desert while building our house-cold nights in the winter. This is the best heater we have tried. Went through several other name brands before this one. Safe, quiet, can use a decent size tank if you have to run it overnight. Easy to start if you read the directions and put it on a level surface. Even has a pilot light. ❤️ it!

This heater is great. My central doesn't kick on most of the time this heater is on. Top shelf for sure.

We bought this in Dec/22. Used flawlessly thru that winter. Today, it is 9 degrees and we got it out for backup. It will not stay lit. I press the ignition button 50+ times and as soon as I take my finger off, it dies. Propane tank is full. 3weeks out of mfrs. warranty. We chose this heater because we own a larger gold colored one of the same brand that has dependably worked for 15+ years. Very disappointed there is no option for repair or replacement. As seniors on a fixed income, this hurts.

heater will not light, pilot works but turns off the second you move dial to low, have tried over 50x, read the instructions and followed numerous times and attempts, and amazon will not return. i have never had a problem returning anything until this. 140. heater and all i want to do is replace or return

Excellent product works extremely well, I purchased two of them, and considering a third. Instant heat for Colorado weather

The first one arrived badly damaged in the box. The control for the gas was broken out of the bracket though the box exterior looked undamaged. I immediately returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement works flawlessly.

Need one for an outdoor patio with not much clearance, and this works well provides heat for customers.

Great , vorms up in second , needs air, not safe its propane gas.

Bought this on Amazon warehouse to heat my garage. I have set up partially my garage to a gym. Garage is unheated (no heating system) but insulated. I didn’t want to buy a heater to plug in.Whenever this is used, I open the window just a bit or the door to have oxygen going in the room. I have ceiling fans so they are on whenever the propane heater is also in. It states it has a auto shut off but I can’t attest if there is one or works.Heater heats up another 10 degree Celsius for approx 45 mins run (see last picture) & shut it off afterwards when I start my workout. My garage drops 2 degrees once the heater is shut off within an hour.Heater holds a 20lbs propane, has plastic caster wheels so you can wheel it to wherever you want, thin built not bulky.I have used it at least 5 times...so far so good. Keeps the gym/garage warm before I start my workout.
