E&M Nail painting String Art Cactus Handmade DIY Decoration

I was excited to try this new kind of art kit and did some shopping around before selecting this design. I did not notice that the order would be coming from China so I was not expecting to have to wait several weeks to receive my kit. The kit was also shipped such that I had to actually go to the post office and sign for the shipment rather than having it delivered directly to my house.I was impressed with the weight and quality of the faux wood for the background, it is not flimsy at all. I was also impressed that all of the holes for the nails were pre-drilled in the wood. The kit came with plenty of small nails, but no instructions on what to do or the order in which to apply the string. The kit also did not contain all of the right colors to recreate the image as it is shown on the Amazon page.I am giving this 1 star instead of zero because of the quality of the wood background, the pre-drilled holes, and the bonus of a single band-aid included in the materials.

If I could give this zero stars I would! It took forever to get here and it’s not even real wood it looks like some white particleboard with a wood looking wallpaper layered over it and it’s all one color, it’s not multiple wood colors like shown in the picture. There are no instructions whatsoever on how to put this together. The board is completely damaged from shipping so I don’t even know where to begin to be honest with you and explaining what this thing looks like. Cannot believe I paid $40 for it it’s not worth $10.

I received less than half the nails needed to complete this project. It was very frustrating that I had to go to store to buy more nails before I could complete the project.
