Harney & Sons Tea Holiday Collection – Holiday and White Christmas Tea Gift Tins Pack of 2 (40 Tea Sachets Total)

The packaging is great and so are all the many listed flavor words....unfortunately expect both teas to have only 1 flavor besides tea that is a large majority of the flavor. Holiday spice tea was basically cardamom tea, couldn't taste anything else in it, and it grew very bitter quickly...actually got tired of it and poured it out to try the other one hoping for better flavor. White Christmas tea smells super strange and weird both dry and steeped (it wasn't almond or vanilla or a mixture, nothing on package ingredients explained the flavor really); the flavor of it wasn't good when warm, but once cool it had a strong vanilla flavor that then tasted ok and no more strange odd bad taste. So at least the white Christmas is drinkable as a vanilla tea when cold. Don't know how I will ever drink the holiday spice one that tastes only of bitter cardamom and nothing else (not even tea). I love cinnamon tea and sadly I couldn't taste cinnamon in either of them. I wanted to love almond and vanilla in the white tea, but the almond never appeared at all unless it was the terrible weird flavor when warm.I would be ashamed to have anyone get these from me as a gift, so I'm glad I chose to try them myself first so I know these are not good flavored teas. This is not the quality I'm used to having from Harney and sons, this was worse than grocery store brand teas. If you want better holiday tea flavors then try Harney and sons hot apple spice tea, hot cinnamon spice tea, or cranberry autumn tea.

We live in New England and experience tropical summers and artic winters. During December through February the warmth of a hot cup of flavorful tea is welcomed and desired. For the last few years we have been drinking Harney & Sons Teas – Holiday and White Christmas and other flavors. The taste to each individual is subjective but I can say this: these teas have a pleasant aroma but the taste is not overpowering - just the way I prefer my tea. Recommended if you are looking for a change from the standard "tea" sold in most supermarkets.

These teas, whichever one I have purchased, are just delicious.For sure giftable. I would be thrilled to receive a tin as a gift.My first experience with Harney Teas was at a tea I attended in Rehoboth Beach. I liked the tea so much that I asked our waitress for the brand used. She told me and as soon as I got home I was on the internet and ordered the tea. Love it!

What can I say? These are very nice teas. I like the Christmas flavors and while they don't have sugar in them, they have the slightest suggestion of sweetness. I feel like I'm drinking something special every morning when I have these teas.

The tins and tea sachets are perfect for gift giving. I've never seen such cute tea sachets. I haven't tried the White Christmas yet. The holiday tea has an odd orangey, almost chocolate smell both before and after brewing. I could definitely taste strong orange and a slight vanilla taste. It tasted much better after I added some milk and sweetener. Not something I would drink every day but still good.

Both Holiday and White Christmas are so delicious! Holiday tastes exactly how you’d expect Christmas in a cup to taste- fruity, spicy, warm. And White Christmas is so easy to drink- light with hints of vanilla and cardamom. I love them both and would be proud to gift these to anyone!

Tea arrived in great condition, but when opened both cans smelled musty and like mildew. Since these are new flavors for us so we did brew one bag and the smell intensified when brewed. This is not typical for other tea that we get from Harney and Sons. We have been ordering the English Breakfast flavor from them frequently over the last year. Both teas had an MD of Aug of 2021 and should have had no issues. We are unable to request a return as it is a food product. Both cans will be thrown away.

I liked the black tea but felt the white tea had artificial flavors that were too strong and detectable.
