I have a chronic sprained ankle, that continuously swells for no reason, won't heal, & is making me psychotic. This would have been PERFECT because of WHERE it covers, but for the fact that my ankle is just too small 7.5" circ. Most compression sleeves I am S or XS. The Velcro on this wrap around is generous but just not enough for ME. If there was a smaller version, oh, I'd love it. I don't know if this is mostly sized for Men's feet.....

I play a lot of basketball and softball and with an increasing arthritic condition in my feet and ankles...these torex cold ankle wraps- have helped sooth my feet and avoid inflammation when I get home from basketball or softball. Next morning I wake up like nothing happened to my feet and can get out of bed like a spry boy eventhough I just turned 40!( I used to not be able to get out of bed the following day).I bought 2 of these. I Highly recommend. I just wish they could be heated also- but they are just for cold !

My wife broke her ankle a few months ago and we got by on various cold packs. I sure wish we would have found this one from the start! It provides much more coverage over the entire ankle, stays cold longer and fits more securely. I'd give this 6 stars if Amazon would let me!

have some of their other ice packs so I knew the brand was high quality. love the ease of use for a difficult place to keep ice on-- simple and perfectly effective

I liked that the gel packs were soft and flexible right out of the freezer. very comfortable

Solid Ice wrap. I hesitated because of the cost, but it's so much better than the cheaper alternatives.

Cold only lasts five minutes at best. Rubbish product.

This is a great product with great fit and funtionality. The gel packs fit and ice my ankles perfectly after every game.
