Good product, Bad packaging
I have always been fond of using Namjai's product since I was in Thailand. But, first of all, packaging came with lid open... That was surprising for an imported productBut the taste is as perfect as it should be.... You can definitely buy them for taste but 1 star has been reduced due to packaging(Though inside, it came with a sealed pouch). The plastic container was in good quality and could be reused in many ways....

Not so authentic
Not the real taste of tom yum and not authentic taste. More towards a sour soup and non spicy.

1.5 year old stock sent.
Ordered a large tin to use for longer period and they sent a product in 2025 which was manufactured in 2023. Taste also not as expected.Cibtacted customer care and they said they cannot take it back as it's not yet expired. 1 kg of a paste which is used in less quantity sent and expecting us to use within the left time.So bad. And bad customer care from Amazon as well even after being prime members.Clearly a stock clearance by the suppier.
