Are they serious in advertising the feature of childproof shutters? This has been a requirement since 1947

The presence of shutters may be news to the Chinese manufacturer who is not familiar with BS1363 and its long history. However on a more serious note, there is a known issue with BS1363 which allows extension sockets to be manufactured with the earth hole too close to the edge. Many multi-way portable sockets exploit this 'feature' and permit the insertion of an inverted plug into the earth pin only, thus opening the shutters containing the contacts. I have checked the Addtam extension lead and, much to my surprise due to the siting of the cable entry point, it has this common (but alas perfectly legal) design fault too.

Does this have fixing on the back so can me screwed to a wall ?

No, is does not. But you could use double sided sticky tape like gorilla. It defiantly should hold it in place.

Will the do rapid charge on phones ?

It charges fairly quickly but I wouldn’t say rapidly.

With an adapter will it work some countries with 110v
