these knives couldn’t be ANY BETTER!! they sit in your hand sooo comfortably and the weight distribution is just perfect. they have nice heavy handles that just allow you such ease in slicing anything on your board- even if you’re not one with a ton of upper body strength. if you’re new to this you wouldn’t think it makes sense to pay so much for knives, but the moment you use them you won’t be able to believe you waited so long.

It's a good idea to get these custom engraved. We have had to purchase three sets to avoid jealous family and friends from borrowing them.
