My research worked. It is extremely fast and easy to use and gets up all the dirt in the grout with just moderate brushing with a stiff brush. I put some warm water in a bucket and add a little of the powder and stir. Then I pour it on the bathroom floor but not around the edges. Around the edges I put a towel in the solution and then wet the floor with the towel. I leave the solution on the floor for 1 or 2 minutes. Then brush with a stiff brush. No need to exert too much force. Dirt comes right off. Then just stick another towel in clear water and wipe it up. Grout will still look a bit dark at that point because the floor is wet. But after a couple hours when the floor is dry, the grout will look very clean. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! It didn't work at all. I originally purchased this to clean the fireplace soot off of my stucco surround and finally got the project completed today. It really worked well. I applied the product with a stiff brush and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then I scrubbed the bad places and then cleaned off the area with a wet towel. I wish I would have taken before and after photos because it got the job done! It also didn't change the color of the stucco paint.
