New favorite toy
My two year old loves it! I’m impressed by the size and quality. There’s room to put little toys in the driver seat, which makes it fun for imaginary play.

It was an immediate Christmas favorite for my 2-year-old grandson. Best of all, he's still playing with it!

Rugged all plastic
Great toy for the sandbox. My grandson loves it. The only downside (although he doesn't seem to care) is that the scoop is a bit stiff and can be difficult to move.

A little hard to maneuver
Overall this excavator is nice. It’s well made and looks great :) My only complaint is that the arm is exceptionally hard to move up and down. For a kids toy, I feel like it should be a little easier to work? If I hadn’t tossed out the box with the label on accident, I would probably return it even though I really do like the look.

My son is obsessed
This was the birthday present for my 2-year-old. I knew he would like it, but he is obsessed with it which is mildly annoying. Not the product's fault though.

Perfect for my kiddo!
My kid is rough with toys (he's 3) this thing has been through some stuff! It's still holding up. I was skeptical at first because I seemed flimsy in a couple spots, but I'm really surprised. Our kiddo is obsessed with excavators right now (thanks Blippi lol) and he has been playing with this thing daily since we got it. It's the best deal I found for a larger excavator that seemed sturdy, without going broke. Update!: (4 years later) my son STILL has this thing. He plays with it alot less since hes getting older, but he still loves this thing. Not a piece has broken off. I was expecting to have it not even a year before being broken. Worth the buy!

Fun to play with but movements are a little stiff
My child is big into construction vehicles right now so we purchased this one for her to play with. It's solidly built and good quality. The size is perfect for a toddler. Our only issue is that it's hard to move the bucket to scoop things or extend the arm. The movements are not fluid and take a little bit of pull.

We bought this excavator and the front loader and dump truck for our two year old grand nephew and he absolutely loves them! They are a bit big for him but it doesn't deter him from playing with them. He's learned very quickly how to handle them. They are very durable. My husband said he wished he had them when he was a kid!!
