My 13 year old daughter loves cosplay and wanted a gift card for her birthday. She bought this for an outfit and surprisingly this is made very well and one of her favorite things she owns. I give it 5 stars because it is very pretty and very well made.

Be careful when using !
Definitely more of a prop, you can use it as a fan of course. But I bought this for my girlfriend, it’s very thin, and seems like it can break/rip easily however it does look great !
