I am a, "buy once cry once" guy - I hate cheaply made products. This product is very well made. The handles feel sturdy and the foam feels good. The joint at the bottom doesn't flex in any ways it isn't supposed to. The rollers clip in with a very simple but reliable system. The rollers are on bearings so they roll extremely smoothly. This is not even a terribly expensive product, but the build quality is very impressive.I have back issues and keeping my muscles loose is important for me to stay pain free. I have been having trouble with my hamstrings feeling tight lately, even after I stretch. This has been working well to loosen them up. The rolling feels good on many different areas, but this really shines for the muscles in your upper legs. You can get enough leverage to dig in as much as you need to or you can use it gently as well.I definitely recommend this. The main reason I thought to write a review was because of the build quality being so good, but it is just overall effective and well worth the cost.

I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to share my review about this item. This is an excellent tool for supporting pain management! I read a lot about it first, looked at some other products, and watched the product videos. I am glad I went ahead and purchased it. First of all, it is a very high quality product. This is the type of product that you can tell will last for a very long time. It is rare to get a product of this level of quality. I also appreciate the different types of rollers provided. I love the travel case that you get with the Performance Kit. I have found that this product is helpful for many different parts of the body--especially the inner thighs, hamstrings, and calves. I have not tried using it on the arms yet. If you are on the fence about this product, I really believe this purchase is well worth the cost!

For what seems like an eternity, my hamstrings have been so tight. Many times when I stand up I could feel the tightness in my thighs. I got a massage, but I have large muscular thighs and the masseuse did not seem to be strong enough. I purchased a theragun a while ago to massage my tight muscles, but as silly as it seems, I could never use the theragun on my hamstrings because I'm way too ticklish. The theragun on my hamstrings was unbearable. It worked great on my arms, back and even calves... but hamstrings were a no-go. I was THRILLED to find this device. Yes, the price tag is pretty steep, but this thing is very high quality. I was a little skeptical about it being able to get deep enough into my hamstrings, but it worked AMAZINGLY well. It is very easy to use and I was able to provide exactly the right amount of pressure (I like a LOT of pressure). This tool is rock solid. I can't even put into words how great it felt after the first time using this massager. For the first time in recent memory, I could stand and not have that weird tightness in my hamstring. I am so happy with this device and would highly recommend to others that need a deep massage.

This thing is incredible! Saves so much time versus my foam roller. Wish it was a little less $ but still worth it. Highly recommended on quads/hammies/IT band for anyone with knee pain or any athlete in general. I play a lot of basketball and notice a definite difference in my mobility.

I like it and its well made but its over priced in my opinion.

I’m very surprised that this item is as good as it is. Usually things like this sound great but don’t work very well. This is very easy to use, sturdy and does what it says.It is expensive but at least it’s a good product.
