The honey may naturally crystallise which is a sign of the purity. This can be reversed by placing the jar in a bowl of warm water. Review: Nice - Nice honey..Good flavour..it does christalize though
Review: Nice honey but not the best in the range - I really like this brand however this flavour is not their best. My partner doesn’t like this one much at all and I think it is okay but just nothing on the Orange blossom one. I wanted it raw to reap all the benefits honey has to give however this one seems it would be best on meats when cooking or something similar like roast potatoes if you want them sweet… otherwise the flavour is not really one you would want on things you use honey in!

I really like this brand however this flavour is not their best. My partner doesn’t like this one much at all and I think it is okay but just nothing on the Orange blossom one.
