Got this for my Dell Inspirion 13-7378 (PG69) laptop. The original battery in my laptop would last about 30 minutes top, and shut off around 40%, and then show a critical battery fault upon start up. I needed to do some data logging on my car so 30 minutes of charge wasn't going to work.Install was a breeze, this is probably the easiest laptop I've ever worked on honestly. It was like 9-12 screws and the bottom came right off, no fighting like all the others I've messed with. The battery had 4 screws and 1 connected. It took all of 5 minutes.Battery life is beyond expectations. I followed the instructions for first charge and now I've have anywhere for 4 to 7 hours of life on a single charge.I would definitely recommend this battery, hands down worth it.

I'm not sure what I can say about a battery replacement; besides, it was long due. It has been a couple of years already since I have had this laptop, I have made some upgrades along the way but I continue using it mostly for work because is reliable. Nonetheless, little by little the battery wore out and it didn't manage to last more than 15 minutes from 100 to critical level so I really was needing itThe replacement itself came with all the tools I may have needed (I didn't get to use them but it was nice), and it was easy to install that I was over in 10 mins topsSince I have tested the battery on a 15 inches Inspiron 5570 and it has delivered 3 to 4 hours in power saving, 2 hours and a half in default, and around 40 mins in performance, which are good averages. I am really satisfied with the experience and if I keep this device for the life cycle of this battery I would likely get this same one

The good news is that it works, upon installation. The not so good news is that prying apart the laptop (Inspiron 15 5000 series) is not all that easy. Matter of fact, it's fairly difficult. Still would buy but be under no illusions that this is a plug and play installation.

Solid replacement. Have actually bought this exact product about 3x now, so probably once every 16-18 months. That may sound excessive, but when using the laptop, it is almost exclusively plugged in which degrades the battery, so not the products fault. Easy to swap, and the tools provided make it a breeze, especially the little guitar pick shaped thing. Makes popping the plastic off easy. Great deal for the price, and the battery fits perfectly.

Not only is this new battery completely compatable with my laptop, it is better (meaning longer-lasting) than the original battery. It took maybe 5 minutes to change batteries. I used the phillipshead screwdriver that came with the battery. While it was 50% charged do take the advice and completely delete the charge and then recharge fully 3 - 4 times to ensure it's full capacity will be available to your computer.

I don't use this laptop very often so I was shocked when I discovered that the battery only lasts 1 hour. After installing the battery I charged it to 100%, then shut the laptop down and unplugged the charger. After 2 months on the shelf I took to out and tried to start it....it was completely dead. I plugged it in and charged to 100%, unplugged it and started using it. Imagine my surprise when after 1 hour I got a low battery warning. It's past the return period so I'm out of luck.

Straight forward instructions and comes with all the tools. Couldn’t ask for more
