Great Christmas Gift for an avid outdoor cook

If you are looking for a cook book for smoking meat, dont get this book. Especially if you have an actual smoker. This is for grills.

This book has quite a few recipes but I didn’t find anything I liked enough to try. Personally, I would rather find highly rated recipes online.

This book is for smoking all types of beef, pork, lamb, ham, fish, vegetables, poultry. The recipes are good. I am glad that now I can cook any smoked favorite dish effortlessly. There are detailed instructions for beginners and delicious pictures.

Bought as a silly gift for my husband and he loves it he has followed 5 of the recipes and everyone of them was delicious Yes all pictures are black and white but honestly it’s not a problem great book recommend it

Not happy with this book. Pages 8&9 says the book includes full colour photographs of every finished meal - apart from the cover all other pages are black and white like they have been photocopied. Poor quailty not worth the money.
