News flash: taking a bath won't make you lose weight. Exercise and a clean diet will. Which is why I soak in Epsom salts... to help my fatigued muscles, and relax after a hard day of work. I have no idea if the ingredients contribute to weight loss. There are no miracles. But I take Epsom salt baths frequently and like trying different scents and oils.This particular one smells good. I really like it. The ingredients are not on my scary list and I'll definitely buy from this company again.

I love how clean the ingredients are on this product and have now used it several times. The aroma is calming and the bath soothing- I highly recommend giving this a try. I can't say it is what has caused my weight loss- but I can say it didn't hurt as I have lost a few lbs.

I didn't really expect this to help me lose weight, but I was hoping I would feel "detoxed" afterwards, like I do after adding ginger epsom salts to the bath. I didn't feel like this gave me any different benefits than any other epsom salt blend I've used. Basically I wasn't impressed or upset. It was just fine.

The scent of this Bath Salt is amazing. I love it! And of course, Epsom Salts are good for your skin, muscle soreness and even joint stiffness. I haven't lost any weight so have no idea yet how that works but I still love this item!

I’m not sure if it really helped my metabolism but it’s a great product. It smells so nice, floral and citrusy and it makes my skin so soft. Will definitely buy again and look at the different products they offer. It would also make a great gift for someone.

Excellent product . I don't know if it's good for weight loss ( too early) but it makes a beautiful skin

I rather just buy regular epson salt.
