I have waited a year to write this review to have a history about whether these silicone gel toe caps are effective. I can't say enough about how well they work to alleviate the conditions that lead to pressure sores on the toes, whether they are due to tight shoes, hammer toes, crooked toes, etc. Pressure sores become a very serious health threat when they do not heal. They start as an irritated, inflamed red area on the toe, then develop into an ulcerated sore. They are painful, dangerous, and will not heal if you continue to wear shoes each day without treating them. My doctor recommended that I try the silicone gel toe caps. They allowed the existing pressure sore that previously would not heal, heal after wearing them for less than a month, and no new pressure sores have developed since I have been using them. They are easy to clean with liquid soap and water, can be cut to fit, and are very comfortable wearing with shoes and socks, even the shoes that caused the pressure sore to develop. I am still using the gel caps I started with a year ago, so they are long lasting, and very reasonably priced. As I said earlier in this review, they are very easy to clean after each use with liquid soap and water, which is necessary, and of course, good hygiene keeping the feet clean and dry. They have been the perfect solution for me.

They work well for me. I have two I think they are called hammer toes, one on each foot. They work well, light on any toe and are comfortable and provides protection,

The gel toe caps seem to be well made, but I assumed there would be different diameters, so they would fit on any toe. They are all exactly the same size in diameter and height, so although they fit my big toe well, it is doubtful that they will stay on my smaller toes. I can cut down the height, but can't do anything about the diameter.

These silicon toe covers are very helpful and easy to use and cut to size or use whole. They are washable and can be used again and again. Just wash after every use. Cut to fit. Great to comfort and cushion my hammer toe and avoid surgery at my age. Also they don't discolor and can be washed aftre ever use until socks and in soes with no pain or lumpiness. GREAT! Got some for an ole friend and she loves them too! Great value.

First of all I'm not sure what color this manufacturer considers nude but I don't consider a bright pink that color. They'll stick out like a sore thumb, no pun intended. Color issue aside they are made out of the same silicone stuff the not breathable ones are but I will say they seem a little flimsier and that could be because of the holes in it for air circulation. I am undecided at this point about whether I will keep them or not I may return them. I'm not wild about how lightweight they seem and the color is horrible. Only time I could wear those as if I was going to have shoes and socks on instead of being able to wear them with sandals like I could the beige ones.

Comfortable

The gel is thick & could be cushioning I think, but all 16 items are so big, they would fit a large mans big toe, not a ladies little toe. Can't use them.

Useful item

These gel toe caps work exactly as they should. Soft, comfortable, and helpful for reducing rubbing or pressure. Just note they run a bit small for a big toe, but perfect for the others

Protection for my crossing and hammer toes. Helps a lot.
