Item came defective. There was a chip in the glass. Poor quality control. Item should’ve never been shipped as is. Item was packaged properly and tight in a box with bubble wrap. Wanting the item replaced. Waiting to hear from seller. Will update the review, after the problem has been resolved.Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Great customer service, prompt response and replacement from the seller. Received before Christmas. The gifts were great and my bosses loved them.
