Wendell Castle: Wandering Forms: Works from 1959-1979

It was a true depiction. I was eager to read about his life after college.

Wendell Castle is an interesting chap who had a fresh take on nearly everything he came across. This book is great: great writing about the artist, great quotes, and superb photos. It helps the publisher is one of my best friends. Quick anecdote: I emailed Greg Miller the day Time magazine was delivered to my parents to tell him that this book was picked by Time as one of the top 5 art books of the year, and he was at dinner with Wendell in Miami, and they had an even better celebration as a result (they had no advance notice that was going to happen).

Great Design

I currently work with Wendell and this is a great look at his past and where he began ... Great photos of old work you can't find anywhere else... and get research.

Wendell Castle see furniture as art with function and thinks outside the box.I am a furniture designer and upholsterer and this guy has given me inspiration in my next projects.
