Fit is great. I purchased a large. I'm a firefighter with a very athletic and muscular build at 5'6" 170 lbs. Eventhough a medium would've fit, it wouldn't have been quiet as comfy. I have thick thighs and i do have a bubble butt along with 38D breasts. The buttons hold all the way to the top with no problems. A medium would not have held closed at the chest. I have an assortment of onesies (5) with several from a well known PJ website, but this is the best fitting out of any i have. Its the perfect thickness for those nights or mornings that are not too cold but are still pretty chilly. Im super thrilled with my purchase.
