Good price, and fit exactly what I needed it for.
I was willing to pay a little more for something of quality, and this was perfect. Yes, it is a tight fit in the 12V socket, but you WANT it to be that way so it makes a solid and tight connection. One thing this product has that other ones I purchased in the past does not is some kind of self-cooling fan inside while it is being used. I guess that is a good thing to prevent overheating. However, for the application I will be using it for, I hope it does not take up additional wattage/power or it will slightly impact the portable battery generator I am going to be using it on. For others, this may not make any difference for their particular use. I just wanted others to be aware of this safety feature. It may not be an inverter you would want to keep in a closed environment such as a glove box or center console.

Good 12V to AC inverter
I plugged two laptops into this inverter (15.6" Asus U53JC and 10.1" Asus 1005PR net-book). They were charging well during operation, that is there was ample power to run and charge them both at the same time. The inverter does make some high-pitch noise and you can also hear the fan, but this appear to be common for these devices. It isn't excessively loud. I am rather sensitive to noises, but it didn't bother me. The device is compact and well built. The 12V plug does take a little effort to plug in, but nothing out of the ordinary, and it assures a tight fit in the car's 12V outlet. AC plugs go into the device with normal effort. Two regular size 3-legged AC plugs go in just fine, but one wouldn't be able to plug two devices which have adapters instead of regular plugs. I am happy with this inverter, it does a good job and is a good deal for the money.

Workin' great and givin' lots of power
I've been using this thing for over 6 months now. I have had no issues with two gaming laptops plugged in. Beware that your CAR may have a FUSE on the port that you use, so you may have issues. My 2007 VW handles it fine. This thing, or something like it, is a must have for long trips. I've wired it permanently into my car and used it occasionally in other vehicles for long trips. This thing is a life saver. The USB port allows you to charge a phone while you still use your laptop. There is a light indicating that it is plugged in and the USB port is active (top green light) and when you switch it on, the second green light turns on allowing you to know that the two outlets are active. It gets a little warm when running 375 Watts - I've found this from experience - but it does not overheat or get too hot. Its cooling system is pretty good.

Good Product For Price
Product is of fair construction. Power output seems adequate for light use, such as laptop charging. There is a bit of fan noise, but not substantial. If you are looking for solid construction and whisper quiet operation, this unit is not for you and you need to plan on investing a good bit more money. In this price range, this unit is a good buy.

My husband LOVES this item!
My husband wanted an inverter for the car, and after some research, we came across this one. He loves it! The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because the car must run while it charges, SO, make sure you don't charge your laptop (or any device) while the car is off. Your battery will drain. Besides that, we couldn't be happier.

PowerLine 75/100 Watt Mobile Inverter
The average rating for this item is deceptive. The average rating comes from review of 4 very different inverters. My review is for the PowerLine 75/100 Watt Mobile Inverter. This is a passive cooled inverter, i.e. no fan. I got it to run an aspirator to deliver asthma medication to my child while on the road. The unit gets very hot after 10 minutes and shuts down. The passive cooling is not enough to run the aspirator pump. It may be good enough for a device charger but then you can get a car charger for most devices for the same cost. I am returning and getting an inverter with active cooling.

Quieter and smaller
I like this inverter because it is fairly quiet when running and is not bulky. It functions perfectly and I use it frequently in the car to power my laptop and charge my iPhones. It is box-shaped so it doesn't fit in a car cup holder (I had one that did but it was inconsequential to any convenience).
