Shakti Woman: Feeling Our Fire, Healing Our World - The New Female Shamanism

This book is so empowering and relevant even though it was written 30 years ago. We are still facing many of the same issues but the more people who awaken to what is needed, the better. This book is an amazing guide and Vicki is personable, down to earth and kind. I simply had to thank her for writing such an amazing book.

One of my favorite books and resources on feminine fire energy. I found this gem when I first came to Californina in the late 90s. I began reading with Motherpeace Tarot about 8 years ago and totally forgot about Shakti Women. This book naturally naturally came back into my sphere or consciousness earlier this year. I've gifted it several times now. A must read .. it's time to gather the Healers, Shamans, Sacred Intimates and heal our universe

Excellent, one of my all time favorite books. Absolutely non-mainstream pre-history concepts and written from a strong womanist perspective. If you're familiar with Merlin Stone, Marija Gimbutas, and/or if you're interested in the Divine feminine and women's history then this is a great book for you. The book references a multitude of other great books - all supporting the concepts in this book and each a great read and resource on their own.

I don't usually read too many books that are historical but this one was recommended to me by a coach so I decided to give it a chance, and I'm glad I did. Noble gives the reader permission to trust their intuition and inner knowing of truth. I didn't give this book 5 stars for the reason that I would have liked to go deeper, and while this is a great read, Noble reviews many topics with medium depth, from art to astrology and more. That said, this book felt nourishing as I began my healing journey and inspired me to feverishly dive into more literature in this genre.

One of the best and influential books I've ever read. The author's honesty is raw, which makes the book all the more powerful. She dares talk about issues even feminist authors avoid.

This ids a great tool for any woman seeking a awakening! I have loved the Mother Peace cards for years and this book only added to my knowledge base of how to make a positive change in todays world! I love Vicki Noble!!!!

i was captivated from the first page on. There is so much in this book that helps me understand my being a woman! Reading this will help you feel less crazy.

Libro interessantissimo

I am learning a lot of things that I did not know through other Shaman type books that I think is of value to all women. I am happy to see that this information in writing and feel any woman who reads this will pick up something of value for themselves. Not an easy read but full of threads that can provide you with steps for your path.

An incredibly powerful book. I am getting revelations page by page. It even explains to me the headaches and deep body fears I experienced when teaching Hatha Yoga. And now it explains the sense of something profound missing in Raja Yoga and Zen practice - acknowledgement of the Mother Goddess as Divinity.

While others may not, I have truly appreciated that book was written almost 30 years ago but from acourageous and daring point of power. It is based on real lived experience and that is what counts for me.Vicki, Thank you for this inspiring and guiding journey.

Really amazing book, should be read by every woman on the planet, full of our woman history, it really inspired me very much.
