This backscratcher is much better than any of those bamboo or metal scratchers that have a single row of edge that you're supposed to use to scratch your back. It folds in half if you want to store it in a smaller space. My husband has a black one. When I ordered they only had this gold one - and it's covered in a glitter-like coating. That coating is a little strange, but besides that this is the best backscratcher on the market (that we've found yet, anyway)!

Great tool to use but it keeps trying to close while USING IT. I wish there was something to help in stay in place during usage.

As someone with back issues that can no longer reach all of his back because of a spinal fusion this is absolutely a must have. First off, the head and bristles remind me of a hair styling brush which is nice because I have had no issues with the bristles hurting my skin, something you have to worry about when you have a combo of sensitive skin and loss of sensation due to aftereffects of my fusion. The handle is long enough that I can reach everything on my back without stretching or straining and works well even with the handle folded. Great product and I'll probably pick up a few as holiday gifts for friends and family.
