This has some great ingredients that should be beneficial and reduce Menopausal symptoms. Having been diagnosed with PCOS 30 years ago I recognise most the ingredients to be helpful for relief from hormonal symptoms, at some point I've used most of them! That said, you need at least 30 days to judge how beneficial a supplement like this is to you personally. This does tick important boxes for me though - no artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives, dairy, gluten, lactose, sugar and vegan. All of those are essential for me and it's not easy to find one that covers all the criteria. I look for vegan because it generally means cruelty free practices too.My sister is having a very hard time with the start of Menopause and she was bewildered by the amount of choice. She was glad to try one and see if it helps. The day after starting she got another UTI, which she's having trouble shaking so is still on antibiotics. She's well aware it's poor management of her diabetes though. She then had a bad reaction to her Covid vaccination, likely because she was already ill. She's continued taking them though and swears the sweating has reduced, despite being ill. She feels less agitated too. I think it's too early to say it's the supplement but she believes it is and power of the mind is a wonderful thing. I'm very interested to see how she feels in another month because I'm approaching Menopause too. I take a lot of supplements with some of the ingredients already but I know from experience with PCOS that a blend designed for a particular hormonal issue makes a major difference.

Being peri-menopausal and having trouble with PMT, I've been looking for herbal pills to take to 'tame' my symptoms. So I thought I'd give these a try and see how they work alongside other remedies I am taking - namely Agnus Castus, and Black Cohosh.The first thing that impressed me was the shape of the pill box! No big or bulky bottle, just a nice flat box and the size of the tablets were also easy to swallow and didn't have a smell or aftertaste. Always a big bonus!On the symptoms front, I have been taking these for a few weeks now and have noticed that I do feel a bit 'calmer', less angsty and didn't have the teary feeling that I often have leading up to a period. My hair and skin seem less prone to grease or flare ups too which is a nice feeling so I will definitely look to carry on taking these as they seem to be working quite well with other natural remedies

Medicine in a white plastic bottle with a tight-fitting lid. The capsules are a greenish-grey powder with the smell of medicinal herbs. After taking the medicine, the nervousness disappeared and the night sweats decreased. I felt better and more alert after just a few doses of the medicine.

Definitely have reduced my hot flushes in just a week. Have tried other products but this 1 definitely gives results & is cruelty free.
