Mix with a little water first and then mix with whatever
Dilute With Water First. It is pretty concentrated and sets into small balls if directly added to a hot paste like sweet potato paste. Mixing with a little water to dilute it first makes the mixing with semisolid substances possible and bring out the great flavor and color.

be careful you don't have to use much. This is very strong and carries a strong taste(not in a good way) a little will go a long way.

I bought this ube flavoring to make ube mochi. It turned out really good. The flavor is perfect! I also ended up using this flavoring to make ube syrup for my lattes at home. I love it!

100% artificial ingredients including FDA banned Red #5 carcinogen
Literally all artificial ingredients including the now FDA banned Red #5. The listing is a complete lie stating "Made from premium ube". The actual product label states artificial sweet potato flavor. The whole thing is ridiculous since they don't allow returns but don't provide the ingredients on their listing. Didn't notice until after I wasted a bunch of ingredients making a large bread. Put it straight in the trash after I saw the actual ingredients.

Highly concentrated, great flavor
Made delicious ube simple syrup for my coffee. Very highly concentrated with a deep purple color which can stain so just be careful when using!

No flavor, basically just purple food coloring
I got this to add ube flavoring to bread. It didn’t add any flavor. However, it did make the bread a beautiful rich purple color. I was disappointed it didn’t add any flavor. If you’re looking to add ube flavoring, try something else. If you want a beautiful rich purple food coloring, this is perfect for you! This was 2 tsp added to my a sourdough bread recipe.
