5 Inch Brushed Stainless Personal Spittoon with Removable Top

I almost did not buy b/c a lot of reviews spoke to the the lid being poor. the lid is fine, it stays on by metal dimples and needed no adjusting though if it did it would be doable as it is metal. I have idea what these lid comments were about, would recommend.

I got this spitoon so that I could wash my mouth at my bedside after taking steroid inhalers. It's not the typical use, but it works so well! It is easy to clean. The lid works well, but the lock mechanism is not what one would expect and takes some getting used to. There is a little pinhole lock on either side of the cup that locks with the lid. They are really small and hard to see. I suggest practicing locking the lid before the first use. It can stick a little. That doesn't bother me much as the convenience is so great.

As I work on my way too many wine certifications, it also means that I attend/run wine tastings. Many of the wine tastings don't have a spit or dump bucket available, and because I'd rather not be tipsy, I needed my own personal "bucket" and this fits the bill. It's not a five-star rating because the lid can sometimes be a little difficult to twist on or off. Otherwise, no complaints.

Overpriced for what it is.

I love it. I don't chew but do smoke a cigar once in a while. I use it as a personal ash container and way to get rid of the cigar butt. I had to remove the item that covers the hole in order to use it the way I wanted, which turned out to be quite a chore as it was spot welded to the cap. After my slight modification it works great.

This was a gift for someone who dips. they have said good things about it and that it washes up easily. it is still not rusty after months of use.

This personal spitoon doesn't work. If you spit with the drainable lid on, the spit just backs up. I tried to just remove the lid and spit directly into the spitoon and then just put the lid back on for sanitary purposes, but the lid is difficult to put back on. The lid doesn't line up very well. It's more frustrating than useful. I ordered a different spitoon from another company. Unfortunately, I don't have the packaging to return this spitoon. I'll have to eat the money. I'm on social security disability. This isn't a good situation to be in.

I like it my wife loves it no more empty soda bottles filed with tobacco spit know I go to trash can empty it out wash it put some paper I’m the Biden good to go

Hab mir das Ding gekauft, weil es einen handlichen Eindruck machte, praktisch wie ein Tasse (Ich verwendete bisher eine Tasse als Spucknapf). Das Hauptproblem ist, dass man entweder ganz gezielt oder ganz ohne Druck spucken muss, denn sonst spuckt er zurück und dass geht gar nicht. Da bleich ich lieber bei meiner alten Kaffetasse.

I bought this spittoon about four years ago and although I wasn't totally happy with it (it developed rust almost immediately), it functioned reasonably well. So when I accidentally left it behind in a hotel room during my most recent wine trip, I didn't hesitate to order it again. Unfortunately this new one is very badly made. The lid does not tighten properly and it pops off with the slightest pressure. Is there anything grosser than a spittoon with a lid that doesn't stay closed?

Bends sooooo easily! Super thin material. I Use it as a dipping tobacco spittoon. Be gentle or it will bend out of the circular shape on the rim and you won't be able to secure the lid properly. Otherwise works as intended for the most part.
