SATINIOR3 Pieces Satin Lined Sleep Cap Slouchy Sleeping Hat Beanie Slap Hat for Women

I bought these caps mainly to wear in bed as I have thick hair & it tends to end up looking a mess when I wake up.I was hopeful they would help reduce breakage & frizz, which so far they seem to be doing fairly well.I find in order to wear them comfortably I tend to pull them down quite low over my ears (otherwise I can hear my blood pumping round my veins in my ears, probably doesn't bother most people but it keeps me awake) but this means the cap tends to migrate down over my eyes. This isn't exactly a problem and doesn't bother me. The other option is to wear them higher up, so, therefore, the band sits behind the ears however I found they moved up and pretty much fell off by the time I woke up, as turning over in my sleep etc pulls them off my head, or I end up with bits sticking out the cap which get frizzy.So, that aside, the only real complaint I have is that having thick long hair poses a bit of a problem in getting it all in without looking like Noddy. So far, that's impossible.I look like a gnome as the hat sits up on top of my head, not slouchy like the pictures, once it's full of hair.Whilst looking like a kids book/TV character isn't exactly at the top of my list of worries, I think that as my hair grows longer, I'm actually going to struggle to get it all in the cap.It's not quite as roomy as I'd hope. If you have thin, fine hair then this won't be an issue, but for anyone who is sporting an unruly mane you may find it a little tight on space in the cap.I also wore one of my spares when out walking. I found it kept my head warm but not sweaty (which was a relief as some hats make your head hot & then you still end up with frizzy hair). Same problem as before where if you want all your hair protecting from the elements then you are going to have to cram it all in & risk having a hat sitting upright on top of your head, or only put it over the top of your head & risk frizz to any bits that are left exposed.I wash mine every week & don't put it in the dryer (Whilst I'm sure it would be ok, I'm worried the satin lining might snag on something) & let it air dry. No issues so far.So as for hair frizz reduction, I give this product 5 starsFor washability, I give this product 5 starsFor lack of space for those with lots of hair, I give this product 3 starsAs for looking fashionable when hair is in said hat, I give this product 2 stars

I use these hats exclusively for sleeping. They're not too thick and I haven't had any issues with feeling too warm with them yet. They keep my hair contained nicely, with room to spare (for reference, thin straight hair that goes a good bit past the shoulders). I will say though that it does NOT look good in terms of a beanie. The slouch doesn't really work. These things are really not attractive at all if you put your hair in them completely. That doesn't bother me since I only need them for sleeping, but if you're looking to "look good" I wouldn't recommend these.The only really negative thing I can say is that they are pretty tight. I'd like to think I have an average sized head for an adult woman, and they do feel very tight the first time. Eventually, with enough use, I have noticed that they do loosen a bit and now I'm very happy with them. Contains my hair but isn't too loose so it comes off during the night like other night caps I've tried. Everything stays in place.TIP: the first nights I put all my hair in the hat, put it on, and then actually pulled it OVER my ears and eyes. Like this, the hat feels looser and has a chance of loosening up enough to wear comfortably on your head like you're supposed to.

I think I paid far too much for this but I'm not so handy with a sewing machine so I can't complain. They are a good head fit. Both me and my son us them and I've washed them every week since purchase - no issues at all. Good product

Needed to do something to stop my cat chewing my hair whilst I slept and this has done the trick. The added bonus is that in the morning my hair is not tangled and looking like something from an 80s rock band due to satin lining. For the money they are extremely well made and have washed up great. Colours are as picture shown. My only criticism is that the band is quite tight and takes some getting used to. I get that it needs to be to stop slipping off your head in the night but I have woken up with the tips of my ears throbbing due to movement. I don't feel I have a large head. I have therefore, unpicked the stitching and added an inch of elastic to make more comfortable. This has worked a treat 😁

It keeps the head warm in cold rooms and most times dies nit come off overnight. I can't comment on holding hair in place like ladies do but it would help those with hair loss due to illness.

The outside of these hats looks lovely and lovely colours. But inside they are nylon and make me sweat. Its like wearing a shower cap . I am going to try and cut the lining out so I can wear them because I won't be able to otherwise they are too uncomfortable

As much as I like the product and how well they fit on my head, the black cap arrived torn which is really upsetting since that was the one I was looking forward to the most to using to wear under my hijab :( hoping for the seller to replace the black cap for me at least since the pink and grey are in good condition!
