**Q: Does it fit a woman’s leg that measures 32,5cm around knee cap? Does it come with antimigration strap for watersports? Thanks!**
A: The AMS strap needs to be purchased separately.  Search Amazon for B07P7KS33L.  They make a neoprene and silicone version.  A size small should fit you perfectly.
