Alright for the Money$$
These William electric pianos are more of a toy especially if you've ever played on a real piano. This electric piano you can not get soft or loud when you play the keys. You are able to play a little quieter then louder but sometimes I want big sound and it doesn't do that. Theres a volume knob which makes your sound loud or soft. But it is only an "electric piano".

Dissapointed customer.
The piano sound it is not bad, it fitted perfectly in my apartment, but I am very dissapointed, one completely octave is mute, 4 years later, and is very expensive to get it fixed. Everybody that I have talked with told me to throw it away. And I my money went away. I have lost $500.00, the piano is still not being paid. I feel so sad.

Great product
The piano is great. I've been playing piano for about 7 years, and with been playing on this piano for 3 years. You won't be disappointed, the sound quality is good and the keys have a good feel to them. Over the years playing this piano there hasn't been one problem

Great sound
Bought it for our son when we saw him trying to play the piano at a VRBO home. And when we got home we bought him this piano and basically he taught himself how to play it.

This is a toy
I'm not a very skilled pianist and haven't played since I was a child, so when my wife and I decided to take up music as a hobby we thought a piano would be a great idea. We came across this piano online and because we didn't feel ready to invest serious money into it yet we thought this would make a great stepping point. The cabinet looks good in the living room and we thought we had a winner. Within an hr we were both frustrated with the sound and key action, it sounds very muddy when playing at a decent pace, and there is an annoying delay from the time a note is played to when it sounds. We returned it an got the overture 2 from williams hoping the next model up would be better... it isnt. It's going back tomorrow. I highly recommend another piano if you have any serious intention of playing, or finding this one as dirt cheap as you can because they have no value after the return period as a result of the reputation williams piano (guitar center house brand) has earned. Yamaha, Casio, and kawai all have 3 year warranty, this one has 1 year.... for us it's not worth the risk and cost of buying a quality piano AFTER throwing money away on this one.

Excellent value for the money.
For the price, it's good. This is the cheapest console-style digital piano of this style that you can buy. It's perfectly adequate and works well. Is it wonderful and amazing? No. But the next significant step up is over twice as expensive, so I think this is an excellent deal.Everything about this piano is fine, but not impressive. The keys are weighted, but not particularly responsive. The sound is, again, fine but not wonderful. It seems a little uneven on the piano sounds, but a lot of that has to do with room and speaker acoustics. I actually find that this sounds much better through headphones (like most everything). Overall, the preset sounds are very bassy, even the "bright piano," but the piano has a bass/treble equalizer so you can mitigate that somewhat. I find that I play on the "bright piano" most often.I use this as a practice piano at home. I'm the music director at a church, but not the primary organist. This is doing the job and was half the price of the least expensive Clavinova or other brands. If you want an inexpensive, perfectly adequate practice instrument, this is good. If you want to replace your Steinway, this isn't going to cut it.

I dig it
I was looking for an electric piano that got me the closest to feeling like I was playing a real piano that I could get, but suited for an apartment, and this thing is about perfect for that. The keys feel very nice and the velocity can be adjusted. The weight is very responsive and the keyboard/keys is full size/ full length which I favor. There are 12 different voices that you can select between, all of them sounding like they came from pretty high quality patches with the exception of about 2, that sound somewhat poorly synthesized. However, the piano and electro piano are pretty on point. My main concerns with it are pretty small and consist mostly of wishing there was a harpsichord setting and wishing it was a but more sturdy so it could be gigged with. Also, buy from Guitar Center because they're on sale
