I was surprised by the taste. It has good flavor. I bought this because I have lichen plantus on my legs and ankles. I have tried everything I could think of to get rid of the lesions. I have been taking burdock root and I am starting to see the lesions clear up. In addition they aren't itchy anyone. I am also taking black seed oil.

Easy to swallow and the burst of energy you get it’s amazing. The taste is totally fine. I mixed it with water and took it as a shot. I would take it before work. So 5 pm and around 7 pm I would be in such a good mood.
