OlayNight Cream with Pro Retinol and Vitamins C & E Age Defying, Pack of 2

This is one package of 2 items, but I only received one. Maybe because it was ordered at the big july sale, but they messed up. No way to contact when things go wrong. Not returning as I like Olay and will need this night time cream soon.

I have explored so many face creams over the past two decades (and more) and keep coming back to this Age Defying Night Cream by Olay. I have combination skin that's been through a lot of hormonal changes as I've aged and this product has kept up with all the challenges. Genetics aside, I can see how this product has been kind to my skin compared to even family members who use other, much more expensive and numerous face routine products. I am super lazy/tired and don't expect myself to be able to do a whole routine of anything every evening even if I value self care, and to be able to just wash my face and put a cream on (this cream) as my entire skin care routine and have the results I've had so consistently is absolutely worthwhile. Having healthy, glowing skin makes every other stressful part of my day more bearable (vain, I know, but this cream does allow me to feel this way lol).Best time to use this cream in my experience seems to be after a gentle exfoliating face wash before bed (and drinking a tall glass of water). My skin glows the next morning, and I love falling asleep to the scent of this cream. I wouldn't recommend this, though, to people who are dealing with sun damage/sunburn or using retinol products as it can react/burn. Otherwise, I have had no issues at all using this cream after face washes that contain salicylic acid (Aveeno/Neutrogena), which pair well for my skin.

Product is good because I used it before. Unfortunately the seller is selling this as package of 2. I only received one jar of it. So I returned it. It was small jar its not worth $17. I could get a big jar for that price at walmart. I hope this sounds honest to be accepted. Shipping was fast but false advertisement.

I have ordered this item twice and it was suppose to have 2 jars of nighttime face cream but both times I have only received 1 jar. Have not been able to get in contact with anyone to find out why this is happening. I tried going to Olay website but the questions they ask does not pertain to the order only the product. And Amazon does not give me an option to ask them. What can a person do to correct this issue? The product is good but the delivery is bad. So I give the product a 4 star review, but Amazon is a 0 review.
