YES it does!!! It is the only pecan coffee we have ever found that contains real pecan pieces in it. We always buy whole bean coffees and this Texas Pecan beats all others ( Texas Pecan flavors and Southern Pecan flavors) that we have ever tried.

can this coffee be used for cold brewing

I found that the chemicals separated after a day in the fridge, so this is not my favorite for cold brew.

Is there any way to get a sample of your coffee?

Because this item is Fulfilled by Amazon, there really isn't any way to get samples to potential customers.

Do the coffee beans have a film on them?

We're not sure that we understand the question. There is a slight sheen to the beans from the flavorings we use.
