Better than expected
Bought this for my 17 year old very picky son who is going to a wedding. I was worried about buying a jacket online but it arrived quickly, he tried it on and said this fits perfectly, looks very sharp and expensive, he said he wants to wear it for homecoming also. It has a real pocket which was great to see. We will have to iron it and I will update with pictures after the wedding.

Well made sport jacket.
Very well made. The sizing is accurate. It arrived wrinkled but after hanging the wrinkles were gone in a few hours. It looked very good on him.

Decent fitting. Good party blazer.
I am a southerner of the USA. 170lbs, 5 foot 10 inches tall, moderately muscular (broad chest). I ordered a large assuming they might be poor on sizing, but I was wrong. Either way though, it was a bargain for a party blazer and allows me to look appropriate without worrying about getting stains on the outfit. I typically buy medium sized t-shirts for a comfortable fit, not tight, not loose. With this in mind, I just assumed I should go for a large to make sure I could actually fit the blazer. To my surprise, it was a bit big which means they got the American sizing right. If you are a full-on gym rat, the arms might be tight on you, but I had no issues. The arms were just longer than I needed since I bought a large instead of the medium I should've ordered. NOTE: This is a single split blazer so there is some string to remove from the back of the tail to allow it to split. TLDR- You can likely buy the size you have labeled on your shirts in your closet and be fine with the size. Very good pricing and unless you are surrounded by people who work high-end retail no one will notice it as anything other than a black blazer. It just works.

Great quality, Great price! Will not disappoint.
Hey, just wanted to share my thoughts on the Black Beninos Mens Slim Fit Casual One Button Blazer Jacket I snagged on Amazon. It's seriously one of the best blazers I've ever owned! The fabric is top-notch and feels super durable, plus the slim fit style gives it a modern, professional look. And get this - it even comes with a white pocket square that you can fold down, and you can switch it out for another one that matches your tie. So cool! But beyond the style factor, this blazer is also really comfortable to wear, making it perfect for long work days or any special event. If you're in the market for a versatile, high-quality blazer. I've already ordered another one.

Definite flaws, one time use OK
I wasn’t expecting much from a cheap amazon blazer, but got a small and the overall fit was as expected. I’m 5’10” 150lbs, slim build. After trying it on I began noticing a few flaws you really don’t want on a men’s blazer. I had issues right away with the lightweight fabric and the lack of stiffness and overall limp structure of the jacket, made it look and feel more like a feminine jacket. The shoulder pads are way too big, and stick out too much, they divot inward, which is something you DON’T want in a jacket. I also found the jacket had weird puckers and folds running down the front which was a problem with construction and not it needing to be ironed. Now, these are small details 90% of guys probably won’t ever notice/care about. But if you’re planning on wearing this somewhere more important than say, a school dance, don’t get it. You definitely will NOT want to wear this for work, or networking with potential employers, and instead get something with more structure. I did think the overall length was spot on and not too long like traditional and dated looking jackets, but just right. The jacket wasn’t ripped from anywhere I could see, and the lining was well done with a cool red detail around the edges. Overall an OK cheap jacket for a young person that’s going to use it for one night and no one will notice the flaws in it, but if you’ll use it regularly or want a trusted jacket to have whenever an event arises requiring one, get something just a little better, H&M is probably better but twice the cost.

Okay for everyday.
*Jump to the bottom for an update. Leaving original review because it is relevant if you're not willing to break this jacket in or make modifications. The cut and fit of this jacket is bad. I'm not overly picky; I usually buy off the rack and the fit is perfect. I've ordered cheap jackets on Amazon before and have been completely satisfied. Unless you are looking for a disposable sports coat for a one-time event which will be held in a dark, dark room. Maybe look elsewhere. Specifics: • The collar is cut and pressed funny so it goes up high on the back of your neck. Very stiff and though it's folded down, it looks like you're flipping it up to make some kind of '80s style statement. • That white line in the pocket is not a handkerchief or a paper insert for decoration, it's sewn in and looks incredibly cheap up close. But you can fold it down to be hidden, which makes a slight lump, but better than up. • I'm pretty thin so the jacket fit well around my waist, the length was good. But the cut of the lapel was so bad that I looked like Bruce Banner in a mid-Hulk moment around the chest. The lapel does not lay naturally, it opens wide like a poorly-fitting tux coat. Even with the button undone, it flares to the side a bit and looks like it fits on the bottom but is a size too small across the chest. Strangely, the shoulders fit okay, except for... • ...the shoulder pads. Yes, thick, uneven shoulder pads. Felt strange, looked strange. • The buttons look like cheap plastic. I know for $30 they are going to be cheap plastic, but there's a difference between BEING cheap plastic and looking from 10 feet away like cheap plastic. It looks and feels like the material in a disposable plastic spoon. • Last point, but there's more: The jacket is fully lined and the lining does not look too bad, BUT when you put your arms into the sleeves, you push the lining out of the other end with your hands so you kind of have to tuck the lining back into your sleeve once you have the jacket on. I was going to return this, but for $30, it hardly seems worth the effort. I'm going to have it steamed and pressed to try to fix some of the sleeve and collar issues and am replacing the buttons with better-looking cheap plastic. One thing I do like about the jacket is the pockets in front are real and fairly large. I hate when sports coats sew the pockets shut to help the line of the jacket. Also the inside pocket, though only one, is pretty functional. The outer pocket flaps also tuck in if you like a cleaner look, so it's not all bad. If you're looking for a good alternative, it's not as low-priced, but the jackets by Ferrecci-Zonettie here on Amazon are great. UPDATE: After wearing the jacket for a few months, some of the flaws have diminished. Fabric has relaxed a bit. It still has most of the problems I mentioned above, but surprisingly, has worn fairly well. I've been rough on it, too, thinking it'd start coming apart at the seams giving me an excuse to toss it. But so far even the too-loose lining has held up to activity. Not quite a 4-star product but not as low as a 3-star either. And won't kill your budget. I actually wear it a lot, when I don't want to wear a nice jacket, but the situation is too formal for a windbreaker.

Perfect fit and very casual looking, how can something so affordable be near perfect !!! Except for a little ironing it already feels like an old friend, very light and comfy and well cut. I'll buy the whole colour palette :D Happy camper here !!!

My husband has long arms and he is quite slim , when I looked up for tall men with long arms this blazer came up , it’s a lie , it fits everywhere but the arms are about 3 inches too short . So disappointing considering the first one that comes up for tall men with long arms is this one

Great blazer in terms of quality. I followed the side chart that was provided but was still too big on me. Overall, a really great product.

Exactly what you’d expect for a blazer this cheap. I bought this for my girlfriend’s “death to my 20’s” birthday party. Funeral attire was the vibe. I needed something cheap, that would get the job done. You can’t expect to get something really nice at this price range, but this is likely better than the other options out there. There is a slight shine to it, but not as bad as I was expecting! Perfect for the occasion. But if you’re looking for a blazer to wear in serious occasions, you’re better off buying something at a higher cost, and probably not off of Amazon.
