Would have been a 4.5 stars if I could
I purchased the 3 person Gray Bessport for a small hiking trip that is coming up. I tested the tent by taking it to the local campgrounds just to see how I felt about it.It is a lightweight tent, easy to add to someone's backpack without adding too much of a load. When I set up the tent, I began to connect the tent poles and was surprised to see that they were all connected to form the frame. I was able to get the frame on the tent easily by myself. There are no fabric loops to put the poles through, instead it is all plastic clips to attached the fabric to the frame. The fly also went on easily by myself. The description says that there are supposed to be clips to attach the fly to each corner. This was mostly true, mine had three of the four clips, with one being replaced with a loop that I just hooked over the stake. I was the idiot who tried to push the stakes through rocks and bent three of them in the process, so i doubt it was the stakes fault for bending. Each of the stake loops had an additional circle of string attached on it, probably to make staking it down easier. Two of these additional loops came undone while I was staking it and two more came undone in moderately light wind.I am 6'7" and this was a good length for me to sleep in. There was maybe 8-12" of wiggle room split between both my head and feet. I'm a bigger guy and could easily see using this three person tent to sleep with someone of equal size and our gear in the tent. Zipper troubles can be a pain with a tent, but I didn't have any issue with the inside door or the fly zipper. I didn't see it in the item pictures and I didn't think to take one while I had the tent erect, but there isn't a hard definition from where the wall ends and the floor begins, meaning that all the walls sloped in until it was the floor. The tent protected me from the light wind (20 mph WNW) extremely well. It was a bit chilly at 35-40F, so it will be great once it warms up a bit more.Taking the tent down was incredibly easy. With no rush whatsoever, I took the tent down and put it in the bag in 12 minutes alone. The bag was also big enough that with my poor folding job I was able to get the tent in the bag.TLDR:Pros:-Easy Set Up/Take Down-Light Weight-Sleeps a tall guy-Weather Resistant-No Zipper IssuesCons-Something that was unnecessary anyways came undone-One of the four corner clips wasn't on the fly, but still functional

Easy set up
Wicked easy to set up and take down. Winds gusted to over 40 mph one night and the tent held up just fine. Rain was not an issue. Did 12 nights in ten different parks by myself. My two person tent would have fit two people just fine. Tent stakes could be stronger. I have bent almost all of them. Tent ceiling has places to hang light weight lamps. Tent door can be rolled up and secured open. Outer shell door can be held open using the velcro side windows. After use, remove the outer shell, pull up stakes, open the tent door and pick up the entire tent to shake out dirt. The tent poles will stay in place, holding shape and you can just flip the whole tent upside down. It is that easy. I love this tent!

Light, good quality and easy to build
I bought this tent to take on a backpacking trip where I need things to be small and light. While this tent is not one of those super high tech ultralight ones, it fits the bill at a reasonable price. My wife and I just tried building it on our living room and this is our experience:Out of the bag, there the entire thing is rolled and kept closed with an adjustable band that is provided just for that purpose. Opening the rolled parts, you get the tent, the waterproof roof, a pouch with the stakes, and a pouch with the structural tubes.Building the tent takes about 90 seconds when two people are doing it and is as easy as it gets. All the tubes are connected into a single structure, and they are attached to the tent with plastic hooks. There is no annoying passing of tubes through holes in the tent, which makes things easy.Once built, the tent is a nice size, about the size of a long full bed. My wife is planning to use it with our two little kids, so it's the perfect size for her.We did not build the roof, as we have no way to place the stakes on the living room floor. However, it looked well made and waterproof as expected. We then proceeded to undo the tent, which was even easier than setting it up. I was worried about being able to fit everything back in the box, but it was super easy to do too. I imagine that when taking it off the actual place where it will be used will involve cleaning it and will take a bit longer, but making it small enough to fit was easier than expected.Overall, we are happy with the purchase!

great gift
We bought this tent as a gift for our son, his girlfriend and dog after doing extensive research. We were looking for a sturdy, lightweight tent that could be backpacked. The seams are waterproof .The rain fly, vestibule, 2 doors with good cross ventilation were also important features that not all tents have. The gray color is perfect and it was simple to set up. The poles are all attached together so you do not have to worry about losing any parts. Directions are sewed inside the carry case if you need to follow them but it was so easy to set up and take down that we did not need to refer to them. We all loved this tent and are very happy with it.

Lightweight and waterproof, very easy to set up
When this item arrived, we were in the middle of a torrential downpour for about 5 days. Setting up the tent was super quick and very easy and we started this inside the house. My 9 year old even said, "That was easy" when we had finished. When the rain stopped for about an hour, we walked the tent outside into the backyard and pegged it to the ground. Then the torrential rain continued for another few days. Each day, I looked inside the tent and dry as a bone. Very well made and the design is very well thought out. In terms of the dual door openings, this is an excellent design where falling rain didn't go into the tents as you enter. This tent was used with the groundsheet suited for it. The only minor comment is that the ground sheet was made only for the foot print of the tent base and not the door opening areas.
