I have never heard of Ultima until my thyroid doctor told me about it. I have Hashitmoto's Thyoiditis. I was born with it but I didn't know I had it until August of 2015. With Hashimoto's you are suppose to be sensitive to the cold weather but I am sensitive to the hot weather. Where I live it gets really hot in the Summer time to where I sweat all the time and I get leg and feet cramps. Since I have been drinking this, thank goodness the cramps have stop. All the flavors are good, but the blue raspberry is my go to. I am glad I found this in the container but I was a little surprise how small the container was when I got it but it doesn't take up that much room on the counter in the kitchen, but for the price I think it is a good deal. The flavor of the drink is refreshing and not too overly strong. The scoop that it comes with you can measure how much or how little you want which I think it is good. I like it in a cold bottle of water. It does take it a little longer to dissolve and I have tried it at room temperature water, and it does dissolve quicker, the cold water taste better to me. So, it all depends on which way a person prefers this drink. The other thing about this drink mix, that it has some Zinc in it and that's a plus for me.

I love this product. I’ve used a lot of electrolyte mixtures. This one is the best for me. Lower sodium, no artificial sweeteners, and no aftertaste. I also like that you can choose between the larger container or the individual packs.

Re order. Like this blend because not high potassium. Potassium takes slowly leaves the body and easy to get a build-up. With this i can supplement my day and still feel safe in eating a regular diet. Will continue to re order. I like the taste too. Subdued.

Love this flavor the most out of the 3 flavors I've tried so far. Truly taste like blue raspberry.

I absolutely love the Ultima electrolyte drink packets! I have tried many electrolyte drink packets and these by far are the best!! Easy to mix into water (doesn’t get chunky when added), amazing flavor and a good price! All of the ultima flavors are really good but blue raspberry is my favorite! They sell a variety pack but I realized I was always running out of the blue raspberry first! Love how they sell individual flavors for someone like me who has a favorite! Easy to drink without the bad after taste! Makes your water a pretty blue color! Zero calories, zero sugar and zero carbs!! Definitely hydrating!!

Love how this tastes. I have tried other flavors but this one is one of my favs where I don't have to mix it with my lemonade true lime to get it to taste better. The electrolytes also help with my palpitations! I drink a lot of coffee which dehydrates me. I spoke to a friend of mine who's an NP and she told me about electrolytes and this brand inparticular due to it not having sugar and high sodium levels and that should help with the palpitations and it does!! So glad I found this product. I like the quality and find it reasonably priced.
