Great charcoal! Burns very hot and lasts a long time!
Each bag will last me a couple months of consistent grilling. I love charcoal and this particular brand will burn nice and hot and lasts long enough for you to grill for a family gathering. Easy lighting and great value! Would highly recommend.

Larger sized chunks than I was expecting.
I ordered a bag of medium to small lump charcoal.I was a bit apprehensive because a bag of another brand turned out to be a couple of lumps an about 80% of what I would call charcoal dust. So, when I opened the Fogo bag, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a 12"x4" log on top. Haven't yet dug through the whole bag but it appears to be full of good (large) sized chunks. I immediately ordered another bag...

Fast light with long burn time
Started easily and burned hot, had as good a burn time as any other lump charcoal I have tried. Ordered 2 bags, first bad seems to have a bit more small pieces and dust than other brands. Could have happened in shipping so can't really blame brand.

Burns too clean
Works great! Almost too great. Very little smoke and for some people thats perfect. Plus the inconsistent charcoal sizes. A third of the bag is legit massive branches. Another third is tiny bits that fall right through thr grate. But that last third is the freaking perfect size

Lump Charcoal
A bit pricey compared to other brands, but is definitely good charcoal. You get what you pay for!

Best Charcol Made
I use Fogo exclusively on my Big Green Egg. It burns much longer than some of the generic brands when doing briskets, and is capable of burning very hot (think searing a steak at 700+ degrees) when you need it too, making it very versatile.
