AC Leak Freeze 0.5 ounce Refill HOSE NOT INCLUDED

Before adding the leak freeze, my refrigerator held a charge for about 1 month. After adding leak freeze, it loss charge again in about 1 month. I decided to evacuate the system and inject a second treatment but the leak persist and gotten worse. Product does not work

The tube says refill. This tube doesn't have enough product to refill. This only has .05 oz while the tube it is supposed to refill is 1.5 oz.

It did not work at all

I returned this product because I found out the volume is not the same as other companies who sell the same price.
