Great low carb past!!
I was craving spaghetti and I found this Low Carb Bread Company spaghetti. I just can't express my gratitude enough that a company thought about those of us who can't have carb laden spaghetti - the diabetics and the plant based folks out there. I like it because it is al dente. I just like al dente pasta and this hit the spot. I cook it 10 minutes and no more. I put veggie butter on it and spoon a little tomato bisque soup over it instead of tomato sauce. Just a tablespoon of the tomato bisque soup, because I like buttered al dente pasta!! The only problem is that a serving is only 2ozs. I could easily eat 4ozs for a meal and feal completely satisfied. It does require extra salt and I use just a little Lite Salt on it after it is cooked. I used to salt the water I boiled it in, but stopped to cut down on the sodium content. I always rinse it when it is ready after ten minutes. This spaghetti is a little pricey, but to have this low carb spaghetti option makes it totally worth it. It is very filling. If you like your spaghetti noodles al dente and watch your carbs, this is the spaghetti for you!!

Chewy Pasta
I had high hopes as a pre-diabetic needing to limit my carb intake that this pasta would do the trick: have the taste and mouth feel of real spaghetti. It was pretty bad. The package says to boil for 8-10 minutes for al dente, longer if you want softer noodles. I tried a strand at 10 minutes and it wasn't anywhere near al dente. It was still VERY chewy/raw. In the end, I cooked the pasta for about 23 or so minutes- testing a strand for doness every few minutes. It was still chewy. I gave up and put my sauce on and ate some of it. I tossed the remainder. Regarding the portion size, I don't think most adults are going to be happy with the tiny 2 Oz. portion. I weighed out 2 Oz. looked at it, and then doubled it. Net carbs would have been 14 g. had I eaten it all, but honestly...so bad, so chewy. Maybe others have had great success with this pasta substitute, but for me--a huge, disappointing fail.

Best low carb pasta
By far the best low carb pasta I have tried. Actually tastes like pasta and cooked in 16 minutes to perfect aldente! Is on the pricey side though

Not bad
So, I read the mixed reviews and decided to take a chance since they were mixed. I really wanted some pasta after 4 months of keto. I despise zucchini and don't even get me started on cauliflower. Downside is Amazon put a label over the cooking instructions, so I winged it. 20 mins seemed the best. And they were sent in an envelope, so they were broken after being tossed around on trucks. The price is ridiculous, as most keto food is. That being said, they were pretty decent tasting to me. I doctored up some low carb sauce with a bunch of garlic and basil and went to town. Ahhhh spaghetti again! I was delirious with delight. That or desperation for something besides cheese and meat. It was good. It's definitely not real pasta, but it will do if you want a little treat.

Overall good Keto/Low Carb substitute
This is a pretty solid low carb pasta substitute. The thing with a keto or low carb diet is that you need to accept that nothing is going to taste 100% like the real deal. This however is a solid substitute.Pros- looks like pasta more than any other keto sub, absorbs flavors from sauce very well, not watery, closest taste to real pasta out of all the substitutes I’ve tried.Cons- EXPENSIVE. Had to boil for 20 minutes+ and still too “al dente” for my taste, and the bag had a lot of broken pieces of spaghetti.Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying, it did help curb my pasta craving. If the price point was closer to a standard box of pasta, I’d buy again, but until then I’ll probably pass for awhile.

Really delicious, a lifesaver for anyone on the keto diet!
I didn't have high hopes for this pasta; I've been on the keto diet for a year and lost 30+ pounds, and of course that means no pasta. As replacements, I've stuck to zucchini noodles (made with the Bella electric spiralizer, so fast and fun!) and sometimes Palmini hearts of palm linguine, both of which taste great covered with sauce. (I love Due Cellucci arrabbiata, the lowest-carb, best-tasting sauce, as well as Cucina Antica, which has a few more carbs but is lower in calories.) But they don't taste great with something more delicate, like pesto, on top — the taste is just too strong, too... odd.But this spaghetti tastes almost EXACTLY like regular pasta! Yes, you need to boil it for a loooooong time — like another reviewer, I cooked it for about 20 minutes, it takes forever to get it "al dente" — but wow is it good. And I have a big appetite, but I can't eat more than 2–3 "balls" of the dried pasta, it's very filling. Can't believe I finally found a great-tasting pasta replacement!!!

Never again
Package says to cook 8 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it was still hard. So after 20 minutes I tested again. Still tasted like it was "al dente", only stiffer. The taste overall was not good. I wish I could describe it better. It still looked and felt like it did when it came out of the package. Once it cooled, it went straight into the garbage can. Dinner wasn't ruined, as I pulled out a package of Banza low-carb macaroni and in 8 minutes had a good substitute to use my low-carb spaghetti sauce and meat. Really disappointed.
