I love this use it for garlic add a little oil and balsamic a pinch of oregano and parmigiana and dip in your bread right in the ceramic grater. I love the way it works on citrus also.

I saw this in a recipe and had no idea it was a thing. It took a couple tries to get the hang of it but now that I've got, I love it! We use it for anything requiring garlic, plus it looks great out on the counter. I like that it came with a sturdy brush, but don't use the stand. Overall excellent value for the cost.
