This item perfectly matches the aesthetic of my bathroom remodel. I have a victorian home, so while fixing up the bathroom I didn't want to completely lose the historic charm. We had contractors working on our remodel who installed it, I simply provided the fixture to them, so I cannot comment on the installation process. It has been 1 year since the remodel completed and we have not had any problems with leaking. The brushed gold perfectly matches the other hardware in the bathroom, and the spray hose comes in very handy when cleaning the shower. Worth noting: Excellent customer service. I recently reached out to see if I could buy just the shower head. After moving into our home and remodeling the bathroom we learned that we have hard water (just moved to this part of the country, had no idea that 'hard water' was a thing) and recently had a water softener installed which apparently prevents the water from damaging your appliances and hardware. This feels like something I should have been taught about in school, but anyways. Anyone who has lived with hard water probably knows where this is going - I do not fault this product at all, that was completely on me as an oblivious first-time home owner. As it goes, I was looking to replace the shower head and having an exactly match was important to me (if it was an option). So I reached out and explained the situation. The seller offered to send a replacement free of charge! That is above and beyond what I was expecting, and I am very grateful for their kindness.

My husband installed so cant really tell you how that was. But absolutely love the shower. Sturdy, nice clean look, multiple functions. If I need another I would get it.

First, it is pretty, and the concept seems nice. Though, I was looking for the faucet that actually attaches to a clawfoot tub. We haven’t had a chance to install this until recently, and now that it’s been installed and used, the quality is poorly made, especially for the price. This, being more upsetting to me than it being a wall mount. Either way, disappointed. Will be paying for a different unit. This unit awful! It leaks and sprays everywhere and the install was not easy! Had a pro come in- still leaks! DONT PURCHASE. Waste of money!!! If I could leave a 0 star, I would.

Great BUT If you read other reviews, a lot complained about leaking. There is a 3/4” to 1-2” threaded reducer used for each of the valves, the threads do not match American NPT and it WILL leak So when installing it, just ditch that reducer and go get one from your local hardware store. That’s what I did and it has been working great with no leaks, going on 3 weeks now.

The fixture is beautiful and very well made. I'll warn you now though, the instructions are awful. They come on a single piece of 5 x 7 paper and the print is so tiny. I could not read it but luckily I have some understanding of plumbing so I threw it to the side. I highly recommend that you buy the shower extension piece if you are connecting this to a tub or to the wall above a bathtub because otherwise this is very short. I barely fit under it and I'm 5'6. Once I found the extension piece online, I bought it and it worked out perfectly. Get some better washers for the faucet knobs. The ones that come with it, won't take much abuse while trying to connect and reconnect the faucet to the pipe.

I didn't inventory the contents when it arrived because I was not ready to install it. I opened it today ( 08 August 2024) and discovered several things missing. I really hope the seller will be able to help me get the replacement items. Since it has been over a year, I have my doubts. The anesthetics are exactly what I wanted but leaving out the handheld sprayer, shower bar bracket, and the handheld sprayer holder. The part where the hose should connect for the handheld sprayer is not the correct type of connection. UPDATE: I was able to contact the seller and they agreed to send me the missing items. This is a great example of REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE 2: I completed the installation and I am very happy to say that I am very pleased with the functionality and style of this shower apparatus.

I am using it as an outdoor mud shower. I am glad I hired a plumber to install it. I have a brick house and the previous owner really made a mess installing it wrong using anything he could find. Took more tools to cut the brick than I have. It took him two trips to the hardware store. His truck is loaded with tools and parts. He had to buy special unions It took him 6 hours to finish with a helper. This product is beautiful and worth the money. If you are not installing outside a brick house that was installed wrong you should not have any problems. It sure has improved the house

We have an old clawfoot tub and wanted a reasonably priced shower system. It's good quality and looks amazing, the antique finish matches the character of the antique tub. It's only shortcoming is its a but short. We have a few taller folks in the household (5' 10"- 6' 3") so I had to add an extension. Otherwise, very happy with how easy it was to install.

We needed to replace our leaking cast iron tub faucet with shower. They were a lot harder to find than I thought. We ended up on Amazon and found this style that we enjoyed the look. We got the darker oil rubbed and it looks great! Price was good as other places for similar style were 3 or 4 times the price. We did have to buy different adapters (also on Amazon) as our tub holes for the faucet were a lot closer than the adapters that came with it. We have an old house, so we run into minor set backs with everything we do. The only thing I would highly recommend is discussing with the seller about the extension piece. I believe it should come in the package, as the shower height without it is on the shorter side. A quick conversation with the seller had the piece sent to us right away and it arrived within a couple days — great seller communication. After a couple trials, the family loves the shower. And did I mention it looks great?
