Great belt for the money
This belt has served me well for the last few years I've had It, I've used It very consistently and surprisingly the velcro has held up and Is still extremely strong. This Isn't a tool for extremely heavy loads but moderate weight It works fantastic for stability and overall comfort.. Whether you're wearing It at work or the gym It provides a very noticeable and strong support. I personally wear It for all of my lifts and a stronger belt for very heavy squats, It helps to brace into tremendously and definitely serves Its purpose for what It is..

Great brace for weightlifting
I've had this belt for years and the velcro has always held up. More comfortable than other belts and doesn't pinch. Provides a really good brace for weightlifting or powerlifting.
