A-MAZING
The bike was delivered really quickly which was amazing. The brands website doesn't ship outside the US so amazon was handy for that. The color is very similar to the picture but i would have called it 'butter' instead of 'cream'. Its really pretty and an original pale yellow. It took 20 minutes for someone with experience to put together. He said I could have done it myself because the instructions were clear. Riding it is such a treat! Its very solid and I felt balanced and comfortable. I am not very experienced on a bike and new to gears, so I did a bit of research on how to use them. Its easy to switch and very easy to ride. I'm in love. I barely rode my last one because it was really tough to pedal but this one is a breeze. Highly recommend. I got a rear basket to keep all my goodies and I'm ready to go!! The ONLY thing that I would change about the bike is the centre bar is high. I wish I would have gotten a step through version but it was more expensive. I have really short legs but I know I will eventually get used to tipping it to get on. Still in love but that tiny change would have made it 11/10. My NEXT sixthreezero bike will be step through :)

Cute and comfortable
This is the 2nd bike I bought from sixthreezero and I must say the quality for price is exceptional. Very cute colour and look. Very easy to assemble and great for any one looking for a comfortable ride!

Super happy
It took a long while to get the bike (close to two months) but worth the wait. I understand why these bikes are always out of stock, they are such a comfortable ride. My back still feels great after a ride unlike my old hybrid. It’s a bit heavy and only 7-speeds so I’ll avoid steep hills but otherwise great ride.I was able to assemble it on my own. The instructions were clear and the most difficult tasks were already pre-assembled.

Buyer beware of sixthreezero customer service. The absolute worst.
This is my story and experience with the bike manufacturer “sixthreezero” and what I would label as the worst customer service I have ever encountered.I want to make it clear that my experience ended on a positive note, not with sixthreezero, but with Amazon.ca.Bike was purchased for my wife through Amazon.ca (Canada). When package arrived, I noticed the front hub was poking out through the cardboard on both sides of the shipping packaging. Bike appears to be crammed into a very tight and too small cardboard wrapped package. Understand that the bike was packaged right from the manufacture and not the seller. Company name, address on all indications that it came from sixthreezero and the Amazon seller was merely a distributor. The cardboard box was clearly too small and too flimsy. After assembling the bike, I was having problems getting the front wheel to spin true. I have owned, assembled and repaired multiple bikes in my time and never had a wheel so far out of true. Brakes rubbed excessively on the front wheel and finally realized that the wheel itself was bent. Although the packaging was damaged in the front wheel area, plus a few other areas at the rear wheel, it was not enough to cause the wheel to be out of true. The wheel was simply a bad wheel that made it past quality control and out the door. Contacted the company (sixthreezero) and explained the problem (wheel was bent and simply wanted the front wheel replaced). Supplied the bike’s serial and model number to verify I actually had one of their bikes. Company argued that they do not ship parts outside of US and I would have to take the bike to a local repair shop, pay them to fix the problem, submit the invoice to sixthreezero, and then I would have to recupe the refund for the repairs from them. Great service huh!?Contacted the seller that I initially purchased the bike from on Amazon, explained the issue, and was shipped a new bike within 10 days. The packaging for this new second bike was also damaged in the same areas as the first bike (I’m thinking, here we go again). Installed the new front wheel from the new package, tightened the nuts on the front hub, slight adjustment to the brake pads and problem fixed. Wheel spun perfectly true. Packed up the bent wheel with the new bike and returned with prepaid return shipping supplied by the seller.. Perfect.Huge thank you 👍to the seller on Amazon.ca for the great service and quick response.Huge 👎to sixthreezero for their poor packaging and horrible customer service.Very satisfied with bike in general, very smooth comfortable to ride. My wife loves this bike.
