I hope this isn't to detailed but my OB/GYN has suggested to intake probiotics I need good bacteria because I am having reoccurrence of yeast almost every month. The Greek yogurt isn't working. I have also been weight training since December 2019 so I am pretty active even during Quarantine so vitamins and minerals are important to exercising. The first night that I took it, I noticed that the pain eased up and it became tolerable. The following morning, I felt that I was less heavy than before, but I was still taking way too many trips to the bathroom. As I continued using this for the first week, I really started noticing the changes.
