I have a senco model SC-2. will these staples work? I don't see a staple type on the tool

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Senco products. Most staplers can take a specific range of staple sizes, ie 1/4" to 5/8" C crown staples. Do a search on the internet if you don't have the manual for that stapler and see if it takes C crown and if it takes 22 gauge staples. If it is a nail gun, that is a completely different type of device. Sorry couldn't be of more help.

does this come with 2 lengths of staples 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch?

No. The 3/8" is the crown, the width of the staple.

Will this fit the US58 stapler? I see US 58K listed and I'm not sure what the K means.

I have the US58 stapler and the Eagle staples work fine. Not sure about US58K, I haven't seen that one.
