Q: Can you use this for sleep?

I wouldn't recommend them for sleep, they have a blue light that flashes every 5 sec when connected, in a dark room it's bright enough for me to see even with my eyes closed.

Q: Are these any good with Samsung Galaxy

Use mine with my galaxy s9. No problems

Q: Do they stay put whilst running or at least workouts?

These earbuds are secure when running or doing any exercise. Make sure you choose the correct ear tips for each ear. Note: I was reading an article which said your left ear canal is different size to your right and to choose the ear tips accordingly.

Great quality

Only had these a day but impressed so far. Had a bit of trouble trying to update the buds on receipt but all sorted now. Great sound quality. Once right tips fitted sits in my ears well. These buds are certainly a step up on my previous Melomania buds. Reassuringly expensive
