If you're asking if it could be used with a regular 1 gallon milk jug type, the answer is no. It works best with the Yeti type of stainless steel, insulated, vacuum sealed, cylindrical gallon jugs. I have the Ozark Trail brand of gallon jug which has a handle incorporated on the lid. If you did have a jug that wasn't insulated I don't think that this sleeve would keep the fluid cold for too long.
