Good product. Small and easily fits in your gym bag. Makes like much easier in the gym.

I bought this not so long ago, I can say it does give that needed gap to put on more weight. I recommend it for budget reasons. You do have to go each side individually unless you have a pair. Other than what has been mentioned, very good product in a simplistic form.

So as far as wedges go these aren’t too bad if you feel you really need them. They’re inexpensive and light so they’re easy to pack or move around compared to a steel deadlift jack.The problem is they’re silicone, and just like a silicone cutting board and other utensils, these stick to the plates when they get heavy and compressed, then flop uselessly to the floor. If it doesn’t stick to the plate they give an unpredictable and unwanted extra bounce at the end of each rep.If I had to do it over again I’d suggest looking for a different material, maybe urethane or something. Overall the lack of utility of these doesn’t justify the buy.
