Complete waste of money, also size small doesn't offer much support, feels like a: small should be a medium. I am a runner and the pain got worse and worse if I tried to do more than a mile or two. I used this as a chest support (man bra). This proved fantastic as I ran 7.5 mile forgetting I was wearing it even though I had it as tight as the Velcro settings would allow. I am a 40'' chest and ordered a medium, if you are any less than a 40'' then get the small or you won't be able to get any compression. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ weird size but made to work *by D***Z on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 March 2016* I'm 38"-40" chest and the medium is too large to offer any support. I safety pinned the back to make it narrower and it offered a great deal of support.
