Best Case I've Owned So Far
For the H710iPros:-Very Spacious-Soild Construction-Removable top fan bracket-Cable management channels and straps-Device controller built in-RGB is very easy to manage and control-CAM software is extremely easy to operate and displays useful info (CPU/GPU temps, processor usage, ram usage, etc...)-Quick remove side panels-Minimalist aesthetic (subjective)-Cool temps all around-Dead Silent-Intake filterCons:-None to report yetThoughts:This was such a pleasure to build in. There was never a worry about clearance nor did I ever have an issue when I wantee to try different fan/radiator configurations. There are so many places to route wires that I didnt even make an attempt to hide anything, and everything turned out hidden. I was worried about the airflow before I bought it, but all of my temps are nice and cool. This is also the quietest setup I've built. This is of course dependant on other components (I'm using a Kraken CPU aio cooler), but seriously, I can hear my heating register more than this in games, it's super quiet. This is also the first time I've tried a front mounted indirect radiator configuration, and it's the coolest configuration I've tried so far. I'm not certain if this is true for every case, but for me, front mounting was about 10c lower than top mounting. And the RGB is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered some NZXT fans that should arrive later this week and it'll make the window scene that much prettier. The CAM software is so nice for monitoring, controlling the lighting, fan tuning, and GPU overclocking. Most of the negative reviews for NZXT stuff I've seen involves the CAM software, but they're also years old, so I'm guessing those issues have been patched out, because I haven't had any issues at all. All in all, this is my absolute favorite build so far. It was very easy to build in, and the end result is beautiful. I didn't include any pictures because I'm not good at taking pictures of computer cases hahah! But it's definitely the nicest I've personally built and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Power Button Intermittently Won't Work
Good case. The newer H7 is compatible with the vertical GPU stand so I would get that one instead. But this one has a glaring issue: the front power button intermittently won't power on my PC. I'm gonna contact NZXT soon but on an older case not sure what kind of help I will get. I just expect a premium case to not have such an issue.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
So I bought this case via Amazon's used products as they didn't have any new ones available. When I got it, the plastic tabs on the back door were worn and broken (trying to repair myself), the glass plates upper locks were broken off and the HD audio cable was cut. all Amazon would give me back was 35 dollars or take the whole case back.I really liked the chassis and wanted to use it still. wasn't too concerned with the HD audio cable as I have built in sound, I may try and repair it later. Pretty sure I can repair the back plate but the front plate was a deal breaker. I emailed NZXT directly to see if I could buy a new glass plate, as I don't have a warranty. They waved the warranty requirement/cost and sent me a new panel directly, and it's shipped now. that's an amazing customer support system, they did what even amazon wouldn't, as I'm sure that glass plate costs more then then the refund I got. I'm going to send them back the old one as the glass is just fine.

Very nice
Cable management is very great with this case, the simple yet pleasing to the eyes and very great option of you want to have your gpu go vertical, as well as really decent airflow. I think my one complaint was how the rgb strips was mounted, in the pic you can see on the top it has that shadow which to me is a turn off and could've been done properly while I question on the right why the lights have to be placed like that, it makes it look unbalanced. But overall I do like this compared to my horribly cramped old case.Edit: So after some time I realize my mic does not work. I thought maybe it was my Razer headset not compatible with nzxt but I tried my other headsets as well as my Brother's but for some odd reason mike does not work. I tried contacting NZXT i thought maybe they'd get me a replacement just for the part to replace just the headphone jack but I have never received anything from the mail. So far I kinda want to make it 4 star for a defective headphone jack mic and because of terrible experience with NZXT messaging very late as well as thinking they would mail me a replacement.
