It’s great!
This is a great high power head light for any night time activities. I use mine for cutting grass and outdoor work after dark. In the hot days of summer I do a lot of late evening and after dark grass cutting on a 62” deck zero turn to do field mowing and larger 5 acre yards that I have do. This head light works great in addition to the lights on the machine. It keeps me going till the job is done. I also use it all types of jobs from automotive to marine and almost any low light conditions I have to work in. The multiple light settings are great and the red light feature works well to keep the bugs down when coming off the water and trailering my boat and putting my gear away. There are so many ways to use this light I just can’t name the all. The battery last a long time and is easy to recharge. And the light is vey bright on the High setting. The additional side lights add a lot to peripheral vision and sight to keep you from moving your head as much. Note: be sure to read the information about the operation of the light carefully. I accidentally made the mistake of holding the on off button down for more than three seconds and I shut the light off and when I went back to use it, I thought it was broken. I got ready to order another one and just took one more look at the instructions and saw that holding down the button for three seconds, or longer shuts down or turns on the light. Also the switch is used to turn the light from white light to red light. Just know that!!!! I recommend this head light as a great product. Good luck!

100% recommend
I've had these for about a month now, and I have to say they are very good headlamps. I've previously had a lot of trouble with fast dying batteries and dim lights, but these are honestly amazing. I saw someone say they are uncomfortable and heavy but honestly even with the bit of extra weight compared to others they are well structured to be comfortable. I've gone many hours on a single charge and it hasn't gone below 3/4 battery, and they are very bright and have good reach. Would 100% recommend these.

Bright, Easy to Use, and Functional
Don't look directly into the bright light shed by these amazing light. I volunteer for a FEMA disaster group and I will wear this when entering a person's home (after being invited in). If there is no power and the disaster occurs at night, this will be a godsend and could make a difference in saving someone's life. I shined the light nearly 50 feet and it was fairly well concentrated as a beam. Charging the internal battery is easy with a common connecting cord but a full electrical cord is provided. I am going to recommend this to other members of my disaster team.

Good Light Output, But Eventually Switched to Something Less Bulky
The DanForce headlamp puts off a good amount of light, and at first it worked well for what I needed — especially when crawling through tight, dark spaces on job sites. The brightness is solid and the rechargeable battery is convenient. After using it for a while, though, I ended up switching to a different headlamp. The DanForce is a bit bulky, and over time that started to get in the way when I was working in crawl spaces or moving around for long periods. I also found that the battery life didn’t last as long as some other options I’ve tried, especially on higher brightness settings. Overall, it’s a decent headlamp with strong light output, but if you need something lightweight with longer battery life for daily professional use, there are better choices out there.

Not a bad light, a little heavy/bulky for me. better can be had for the price.
Edit. The company behind this headlamp is excellent and they really care about their customers and their product. They reached out offering to refund the cost which is both not necessary and way above and beyond for a semi unsatisfied customer. Look the lamp is great, it’s just not suitable for me. It’s a bit too big and heavy for my small head, and even though I have plenty of headlamps with built in batteries I prefer a headlamp that uses a high quality common battery such as an 18650 or 21700. Being able to replace the battery gives a few benefits, you can carry extra batteries and not have to worry about running out of juice or finding an outlet to charge which isn’t feasible if you’re out in the night or camping etc. you are also in control of the quality of cells as well as the capacity and discharge rating. Quality 18650s are around $4 each. I have a ton of the most common cell sizes. Original review; The lamp is dang bulky. I mean it’s not bad, but I have some concerns. It’s pretty bulky and can get uncomfortable after a while. Battery pack could get in the way if you’re lying on your back. You are at the mercy of the built in battery. Who knows the capacity, who knows if it’s a quality cell. Either way it is a lithium battery and will not last forever. Also the adjustable angle is 90 degrees which is fine, until you start to compare headlamps and see many are 180 degrees. Not a huge deal, just something to note. Look I was in the infantry for 10 years and I know and have relied on headlamps. Back then it was petzl no ifs and or buts. I still have a petzl that has dirt embedded in it from Afghanistan that’s over 15 years old and still works. It’s tech is now outdated, and pretty dim by today’s standards, but great for inconspicuous red light to do things close up like read a map (that’s why no red is used on military maps, you won’t see it with red light. ) anyway bright in a combat zone isn’t exactly what you want so I guess it’s perfect, but boy it sucks trying to use it to get things done when I need light. So I don’t use it. Cheap headlamps are way brighter nowadays, durability aside. I always keep multiple headlamps around as well as high quality flashlights, but I much prefer a headlamp for obvious reasons. Nowadays there are other high end quality headlamps besides petzl such as nitecore, Coast, and quite a few others I’m not too familiar with. Ok sorry about the tangent. So comparing this lamp to the tons that have copied the style of the nitecore h30, h33 and that’s where you see it’s not that great. First off this is very big and bulky, the h30/h33 copies are very small and light, just a tiny cylinder slightly bigger than an 18650 battery. Second, and this is important, they take 18650 batteries and that’s invaluable because that is where a headlamp will eventually fail. You Also can’t be sure of the quality of a built in cell, and finally you can easily carry two spares in a case that’s about 1/3 the size of a pack of cigarettes (no I don’t smoke). Also you can decide the brand and capacity battery you want. Or if you don’t want to bother with batteries they all come with one battery and the ability to charge via cable, so it will function no differently than this headlamp as far as that goes. But know if you want spares or a higher capacity battery or you just need to replace the original it cost about $3-4 for a good name brand 18650 battery (Sony, Panasonic, molicel, Sanyo, etc). I have tons of 18650s and chargers. Next point is Angle adjustment. Those styles I’m comparing to have 180 degree rotation, is it necessary? maybe in some situations, but maybe not. Nice to have it. Next you can remove the headlamp from the strap easily to clip it on yourself or mount magnetically because it’s magnetic. Also the ones i bought are super bright. Like really bright, probably not as bright as the nitecore they get their designs from, but less than a third of the cost. Finally they are cheaper than this headlamp and with all the other factors, most important being illumination (very bright with good beam angle and far throw), next removable high quality cells, 3rd being very light weight and small, the adjustability, and versatility, and finally price. RIt’s just unmatched. I paid $25 for the nitecore Lookalikes and $29 for this, not a huge difference until you consider the facts I just laid out. Oh and bonus is having memory so when you turn it on it goes to the last function you used and you don’t have to cycle through them every time you use the light. I will say this light is bright with a great cast and excellent red light as well. My gripes with this light are mainly personal due to personal preferences so don’t knock this great light just because it’s not a good fit for me.

Best Headlamp, great price
This is my favorite headlamp. I've done a lot of research and tried many different headlamps, and this is the best value I have found. It is super bright, very comfortable, has great features, and very affordable. I highly recommend this.

Worked fine for a while and then suddenly refused to charge. Stopped working after less than 10-15 occasions.

I bough product after reading the positive review but turned out to be big disappointment everything is cheaply about it is cheaply made, design, functionality and u can buy a much better one for the same price or for little more. "American Made" probably is a big lie beside all the others.
