I have tried to use the tapping in order to turn the volume up as directed in the instructions, even to turn it off, and the they aren’t working. I have to use the volume buttons on my iPad in order for me to hear it. Also, I’ve changed the cushions that go in my ears but they always come out of my ears. I have them on the smallest ones. Why aren’t they fitting? On the other hand, their customer support team reached out to me to resolve the problem. A lot of companies wouldn’t do that, so I had to give them another star just for doing that. Just work on making sure the product works as described and then it will be 5 stars in my book.

The ear buds come with additional pads to accommodate the sizing of one's ear canal, which is very helpful. I've used these paired with my iPhone and laptop (Windows) and they were perfectly as expected. I am able to hear conversations when chatting on my phone and apparently, people are able to hear me clearly. The ear buds could be used separately, using only one if you'd like to have one ear open to listen to your surroundings and for safety reasons while driving.What I found disappointing is that the battery life on the ear buds is about 4-5 hours when listening to music. It's probably sufficient to most people, unless you're out in the yard working several hours and having music while doing outdoor chores is nice.On the plus side, they do not take long to charge and the charging station is very ingenious.I would definitely recommend these ear buds; they are far less than the name brand, overly marketed competition for a fraction of the price.

**The tan ones gave out on my daughter when they got a little water on them, despite being rated for use in shower, etc. Will be returning.**I first purchased a black pair for myself to try them out. FREAKING LOVED THEM. They come with 4 sets of silicone tips (that complement the color you buy), charging case (matches color), and charging cable for the case (also matching). They're comfortable, stay in place, have surprisingly good sound quality, almost too good of noise cancelling (I like to wear just one around the office and i truly feel half deaf), just loved them. Used them around the office, around the house, working out, running. One cool feature is they're NOT master/slave like some, so you can wear either one by itself and it works just fine.My daughter kept taking them, so I was about to order 2 more pair (one for son, one for daughter), when these got stolen out of my car when I ran into the gas station real quick. Shame on me, lesson learned. So I went ahead and ordered 3 more: tan, gray, and pink. My daughter wanted the tan instead of pink, so i got pink (let me just say: THEY'RE THE CUTEST. I'm not even a fan of pink but they are the cutest, prettiest shade of pink i've ever seen, i squeal every time i pull them out to use them).All worked great, same great sound, same great fit (i have tiny ear holes, my son large, my daughter has one small, one med---yes, that's normal, your ear holes are different sizes, just not usually noticeably different). But my daughter wore her tan ones in the rain one day and they've since stopped working.So quality *can* be hit or miss, but otherwise, they're the best bluetooth buds we've found and the price is RIDIC.

UPDATE: I had to lower my stars and update my review. The latency (video lag) is actually pretty bad, and increasingly annoying. I do not think they are true bluetooth 5.2 (at least not the pair I got).These earbuds are great budget buds. They have great overall sound, are comfortable, and the volume is really good. The bass is not as good as the BH023 (those have awesome bass!), but it still good. The one problem I have with these earbuds is the latency. When I watch video there is a slight lag. If you are getting these for music, especially while working out (because they stay put and are comfortable), then the lag would not be an issue all and these would be perfect!

This is the second pair of these I have purchased. I let my child borrow my first pair for a trip and he couldn’t find them so I bought another pair. For the price, these are very comparable to Apple. They sound great, the noise cancellation is amazing. I am a musician so I know good sound quality and these are amazing. My son found my first pair the day before these came in but I still kept them because I can have a spare pair. If you cannot afford Apple, buy these! You won’t regret it. I have charged the case only once since I got them, the battery power on both airbuds and case is top notch.

We now have three sets of these great earbuds. I tried them first then my wife and son wanted them too. Terrific product for the price paid. Nice battery life, sound quality and noise canceling.Customer support is amazing. We registered each set on the Boltune website. Two automatically added the extended warranty. One didn’t take. One simple email to Boltune and customer support technician Belle responded promptly and quickly rectified the issue with zero fuss. Thanks Belle and Boltune for a great experience!

I bought these as a second pair (one for home, one for work). They are very similar to my mpow m9 pair. The battery life is good, sound quality is good. The connection for calls is static-y sometimes but not terrible. These are a little more comfortable than the mpows. I also like the tactile button on these. It keeps me from accidentally hanging up on someone if I brush my hair back or something.

These fit better than all other headphones I have had. Though for cycling and sports, I am getting the beats with the attachment on top, these however I use for less strenuous workouts and daily use, and for that they work great.The connection works very well in that I don't usually have to "forget device" in order to connect to another device. With that said, sometimes I have to place the headphones back in the case and pull back out in order to connect to a device - which is annoying.Overall - I am very happy with my purchase. Disclaimer, I've only had them a week.

When i received my new headphones, as per instructions, I put case (and buds therein) on to charge for 90 mins. After 90 mins all 4 little LEDs on the front of the case were illuminated. Switched bluetooth on (iPhone6 ..yes I know its an old phone !) and it immediately found the headphones .. clicked connect .. took buds from case .. volume a little quiet ... a couple of short single presses to the multifunction button on the right ear bud to increase volume and all set. Could not have been easier. Two second press to both buds causes music to pause .. told Siri to make a phone call.. worked fine .. microphone and hearing on call both fine. Happy with my purchase. Obviously sound quality and noise cancelling not what you would get with high quality expensive earphones .. but at £140 per pair cheaper... they are more than good enough for when out and about. I also very much like the small charging case .. and the fact that you can use the case to recharge the buds several times if you are aware from mains charging. Excellent value for money.

I ordered two sets of these amazing Earbuds. No not because I'm greedy, so both my hubby and I could have a pair as we both have different genres. I didn't think they'd be as good as the reviews were saying. They really are that good. They sit so much more comfortably than the best fruit named ones they don't loosen when I'm wailing away and jigging around the house my ears don't feel moist after two/three hours f wearing and the charge time is really quick compared to a lot of others. I really am in awe of these. The price is amazing given just how good these are. Hubby absolutely loves them swearing they're the best he's ever had. The only one small negative as far as the family is that I can't hear how badly I sing what evens it out is the noise cancelling because I can't hear them moan. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or, first time set. Another added bonus or two, really good audible with calls, and you don't have to wear both. These in my humble opinion really are the best on the market at a good price.

I read a lot of reviews for these buds before I purchased, in fact I brought 2 sets, one black and one silver based on a video review alone by this person:https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/profile/amzn1.account.AGUAHNZYGTRPP6UNDSH7LSJKQTQA/ref=cm_cr_tr_tbl_141_sarHowever I now see that all of her reviews are no longer available for some reason ... the silver is a great colour by the way, more like a titanium.So I received them and they are maybe 50% charged, I paired them with my iphone without problems and they pair every time seamlessly.Now I paired them to my Lenovo Android tablet, all goes great to start with and the sound is really good, finish setting them up and charge them fully.Open my tablet and pick up the earbuds ... nothing, so I turn Bluetooth off and on again and they hesitate for maybe 30 seconds but do connect, this is the same problem I am having on all of my Android devices, the iPhone's it pairs each and every time without problem.I have tried forgetting the buds in the Bluetooth list but all to no avail, BOTH sets I purchased have the same problem with Android devices (one Lenovo and one Samsung), as much as I have searched for a solution non have worked, they are not faulty because the buds work with the iPhone's.The buds will stay charged a week for me if they are replaced in the box after use, the box is small and quick slick, the lights indicate how much charge is left so you won't be left with flat buds.All in all not a cheap purchase seeing as I brought 2 sets, I just hope I find a solution to the Android pairing problem.

i have been using them for about 5 days now.i am happy with the purchase, and it looks like you don't have to spend hundreds on a pair of wireless earbuds.only one thing, in description it says to "tap" on the side of the earbuds, you have to literally press a button to feel a click to control volume, or skipping song, or picking up a phone call.felt a bit annoying to click every time as with each of them you push the ear bud in your ear a bit, but it is not anything you can not get used to and for this price? the most important part is to get rid of that annoying cable!!!pairing with my android phone was easy and very fast as well!after about a month and something i felt, that my left ear bud is not working very well and there was a bit of dull volume, or better explained, like if the speaker was covered by blanket and sound was not as clear as the other one.never the less, still 4 stars review, as i am sure it was just a faulty one and if i ordered another pair, i would be fine, but i wanted to check a touch control earbuds, rather than click ones,even, with the click, it is something you can get used to and it does not bother that much after while!!!my next ones are Tozo t6

I have bought several earphones, headphones all with the understanding that the next pair will give me the musical reproduction I suspect they should, but either the comfort or tone let me down, so with trepidation I elected to try the Boltune variety and so far I'm not disappointed, they are comfortable for a start and fit well, the music reproduction is up with the best and for the first time in a lot of phone's these are easy to control, the tracks of music, volume, and access to the phone are controlled by a touch to the designated ear, simplicity and it all works ! I'm impressed enough to award these ear phones 5 stars.
